Very friendly and helpful advice from Jethro in the Glasgow showroom.
Answered all my questions well ( there were a lot) and nothing fazed them. Quick response from email queries as well. Made to feel at ease and like nothing was a silly question. Just what I was looking for in customer service.
The wheelchair is just awesome - a wide seat Freedom Elite AF in purple. Lovely colour and so many people have commented on it. As an ambulant disabled person it has given me the option to get back out my house, knowing I can sit and rest when I need to, and also that I don’t need another person to fold it for me.
Still wearing my L plates when driving it but hoping practice and the loud horn will help 😊

Your wide-seat Freedom Elite AF in purple sounds like it has already made quite an impression! More importantly, we're thrilled to hear that it's giving you the confidence to get back out of the house, knowing you have somewhere comfortable to rest when needed. The automatic folding also means you can manage the chair with greater independence without relying on someone else to fold it for you.
The L plates will be off before you know it! It can take a little practice to get completely comfortable with the controls, but it sounds like you're already well on your way, with the horn ready when required.

The problem wasn't with etec…
The problem wasn't with etec specifically but the delivery service they use. It come a day later that it was suppost to i waited in all day for the delivery what kept changing its times threwout the day. Then didn't turn up till the next day. I contacted the delivery service and made a complaint and nothing was even sorted or resolved the just deflected everything I said and shut the case. I'd recommend changing your delivery provider as they are a shambles.

The best purchase I’ve made this year
Being at 35 year old and having to come to terms with using a wheelchair knocked me. The service I received from E-Tech was amazing and completely put me at ease. I emailed initially, spoke to them on the phone multiple times pre and post purchase and also used their website lots. The whole process was smooth, simple and comforting. Now the chair it’s self, omg the comfort!!! It’s great to use, took me a while to figure out what power settings I needed for difficult terrain but once I had that I was off. Honestly so simple and easy to use. Would 110% recommend

Electric wheel chair
the site was very useful in helping me to pick the correct chair for my needs. The packaging was very sturdy. Although the Chair was dispatched quick it took the delivery people over a week to delivery it. The price was very good most wheels as good as this was double or more on price.

Quality item, comfortable ride
The ordering process was easy and the wheelchair was delivered within a few days.
Note: the box containing the item is very heavy so needs to be delivered to somewhere with space to unpack it, (which may need two people)
At first I found the instructions hard to follow, however once mastered, the chair is very responsive and comfortable.
The chair looks great, it’s well designed and gives a smooth ride, so I would be happy to recommend it to a friend

Incredible Staff to Help You
I turned up at the Etech shop not realising that you needed to have made an appointment. I had been looking at their website for a few weeks and was on holiday in the area so decided to see if I could have a demo before ordering! Michael was incredibly kind enough to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment and was incredibly helpful and giving a demo of the Etech Freedome Pro ST to me and my husband and let me take one for a spin around outside! He was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all and both me and my husband felt quite at ease!! Got home and promptly ordered the Limited Edition Purple version and can’t wait for it to arrive!!
