The Y20 Luxe is outstanding as are the Etech staff
The Y20 Luxe is a sturdy and robust power Chair which provides very comfortable seating and good leg room. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Chair to others, unfortunately we have had to return it due to the weight in lifting it in the car boot which at 18kg is a bit too heavy for my wife. Unfortunately my health prevents me from helping her. Etech have been very polite, courteous and helpful throughout the whole process - thank you to the customer service team.

We completely understand your decision to return it. Although the Y20 Luxe has an 18kg lifting weight, we appreciate that this can still be too heavy when regularly loading it into a car, particularly when lifting assistance isn't available.

It arrived very quickly .
Setting it up was maybe a little tricky! But it didn’t take long at all.
Wheelchair is so good, that my dad is now getting one too! It’s got a great range, is stable, and living by the coast, has dealt with a lot of uneven ground and managed perfectly. Mum is still coming round to having to use a wheelchair, but she says it’s comfortable. It’s also easy to get in and out of both independently and while being supported.
Just a slight negative with the delivery company, however Etech also raised a complaint with them and the individual who delivered with has been educated!!

Love my chair
Had my new chair for few weeks now. Voyager 185. I only use my chair on weekends, it’s pretty heavy so I couldn’t lift out of my car myself, my husband has to be with me. Having previously had a chair from ETech, which I loved, I just needed a better footplate for comfort which my new chair is great for, I do think my old chair had a better range of motion, like turning round on the spot, but I think that’s me just not being fully used to my new one. It looks great, love new batteries in the arms and not under the seat, so easier and onboard charging too, which I haven’t utilised as of yet. Customer service off ETech is second to none, they’re lovely people. The delivery service was really good too, letting you track all the time. Best thing is the price compared to other well known companies these are great value. Sold my previous chair to a friend and he loves it. Would highly recommend ETech Mobility

Every model can feel slightly different, particularly during the first few weeks, but our team is always happy to provide guidance if you would like any assistance getting accustomed to your Voyager 185 or using its features.

Freedom pro ST electric wheelchair
I have Parkinson's tremor in my right hand and I needed a left hand control.....having searched for weeks and endless phone calls I had given up hope as they only did right handed controls,
I then came across Etech mobility by accident and noticed they could do the control on the left side.
I phoned up and spoke to a lovely gentleman who told me yes I could have a left hand control.....that sealed the deal. I purchased the lightweight folding electric wheelchair FREEDOM PRO ST in red.
I ordered there and then and in two days it was delivered, it also came with a tool kit which was a nice surprise plus a battery charger for the wheelchair ( you can also charge the battery from the control ). PLUS i also got a thirty pound discount !!!!
I also ordered a pair of 7 foot adjustable ramps to get it up and down the 4 steps leading from my garden to street level.
ABSOLUTELY 100% TOP NOTCH SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Excellent service throughout, including after-care.
I bought an Etech Pro about a year ago, when the company offered helpful advice and sent the machine and easily-followed instructions promptly. They regularly provided follow-up maintenance advice, which I ignored. Consequently, when the footrest came adrift because one of its hinges came undone (my fault for ignoring maintenance advice), I asked for a replacement, expecting to have to pay for it. However, they immediately sent one at no charge, and have continued to check that all is well. Excellent after-care service.
