An amazing 11 days in Sri Lanka. The tour was busy but also gave time to relax. Loved that most places we stayed 2 nights.
The highlight was the Lion Rock and getting to see a leopard drinking from a water hole. Our guide was informative and was attentive to the groups wants d needs.

Our first time visiting Sri Lanka on a 12 day tour and we leave with amazing memories and friends for life. Our guide, Suranga, was so helpful and knowledgeable about the history and culture of this wonderful island. He, and our driver Dushantha, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best Sri Lankan experience. No request was too hard and was always accommodated. Dushantha was an amazing driver and always ensuring we were safe at all times, guaranteeing we had the best holiday. We highly recommend this tour company if you are considering a visit to Sri Lanka. I’ve just finished a two week holiday in Sri Lanka with my best friend. We have had an amazing trip and it was made especially good by the services provided by our guide Suranga and our driver Dushantha, of Estiaco Holidays.

Suranga and Dushantha constantly went out of their way to cater to all our requests and often suggested extra places we should stop and see. When we made a very special request to fit in an extra game park safari at Yala National Park … they made it happen … well done boys!👍

My friend celebrated a special big birthday during the tour and another person who was on our tour also had a birthday. On those two days Suranga and Dushantha went overboard organising several surprises for the birthday people. This made their birthdays into celebration days.

They were both extremely polite and courteous at all times whilst also having a great sense of humour and fun attitude. In my opinion they are both “Gold Star” 🌟 operators.

Very disappointed. Have used travel companies every time we travel. This trip was very different, was not great with timing, lot of wasted travel time, guide was dreadful, not interested in interacting with any of us( only 8 on this trip). Guide knew a lot, but was delivered in a very boring non interested monologue. Guide recommended some changes to original itinerary- all of us agreed, believing he had the knowledge and we trusted his advice- never again as his recommendations affected later parts of the itinerary that he did not advise us about
This has been the worst trip/ guide we have ever had- as a group we all agreed

We had a fantastic holiday Great Tour Leader Kalum was so knowledgeable about His country. Kalum went above and beyond to keep everyone safe and especially due to flooding and land slips we made it safely back to Colombo The Elephants where a highlight seeing them in natural and up close was fantastic Bus driver and his assistant Tom / Jerry where excellent would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Tony/Christine

This tour exceeded our expectations! From the moment we met our tour guide Srinath and our driver we couldn't have felt more relaxed.
At no time did we feel rushed while doing tours and the wealth of knowledge imparted by Srinath was extraordinary. We never had to wait in queues and he always endured we had the best vantage point to see things.
Our driver Nishantha was also fantastic. He was safe at all times.
The vehicle we travelled in was spacious, air conditioned and always immaculately clean.
Aside from the hotel we stayed in at Colombo every other one exceeded our expectations. They were clean, friendly, great food and hospitality, good pools and comfortable beds. Should the hotel you are allocated in Colombo be the Morven I recommend requesting a change. The windows in all levels leak (a lot) when it rains, including in the restaurant. The hotel itself also didn't have the best service and the food was not great.
Otherwise I highly recommend Estiaco Holidays for your trip.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Sri Lanka Urlaub, nach mehreren kurzfristigen Flugverschiebungen hat die Abholung vom Flughafen durch unseren Fahrer Tissa trotzdem wunderbar geklappt. Herzlichen Dank an Tissa. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Fahrer wünschen können. Er war sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns viel wissenswertes über Land und Leute erzählt und auch alle unsere Wünsche bzw. extra Stops, geduldig erfüllt. Insgesammt ein gelungener und erlebnisreicher Urlaub.

Being a small group tour was a highlight. Roshan our guide was extremely knowledgeable. The staff were fantastic. Accommodation was comfortable. First few days were very busy and quite demanding due to the extreme heat and humidity.

My journey around the stunning island of Sri Lanka spanned almost two unforgettable weeks, meticulously arranged by Estiaco Holidays. It was, without a doubt, an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, where we felt safe and well informed. The success of this adventure was significantly enhanced by our guide, Nandana, whose services were exceptional. Nandana guided us seamlessly through the country's diverse landscapes, expertly navigating the routes and enriching every moment by narrating the historical facts, captivating local stories, and cultural insights that brought each location to life. His depth of knowledge and genuine passion for his homeland transformed a simple holiday into a deeply immersive and educational tour.

We had a great guide and travelled with one other Australian couple. The food is great in Sri Lanka. We visited Lion rock, the elephant orphanage where we fed the elephants, took a train trip to Ella, went to a tea factory, went on safari and saw a leopard, visited a traditional village. Rode in a tuk tuk. Visited the temple in a cave, fed turtles and so much more. I recommend this tour.

Wir hatten eine sehr aufregende Reie durch Sri Lanka mit unserem Guide Balin. Er war trotz seines fortgeschrittenen Alters von immerhin bereits 67 Jahren überaus bemüht uns jeden verborgenen und sehenswerten Ort und Highlight von seinem zauberhaften Land zu präsentieren. Dabei war er stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hätten un keinen besseren Guide als Balin wünschen können und freuen uns schon sehr darauf, ihn und sein traumhaftes Land wiederzusehen. We had a very exciting trip through Sri Lanka with our guide Balin. Despite his advanced age of already 67 years, he tried very hard to present us every hidden and worth seeing place and highlight of his magical country. He was always accommodating and helpful. Very friendly and helpful guide to start with. Good driving with calculated risks. Wonderful activities with lots of nature and good hotels.

We had a wonderful time with Estiaco holidays and special thanks to our Chauffeur Mr. Nandana. He made sure we had a comfortable journey in these 8 days. He was always on time. Very punctual. Very professional. Always making sure we were alright. The vehicle was very well maintained, clean and tidy. We are looking forward to traveling with this company for sure. Thanks again.

Very informative tour. covered most areas of Sri Lanka. Very good accommodation. Guide difficult to understand at times and giving too much information. Appreciated the extras he did for the group. Tipping was a real issue. Would prefer to pay extra at the beginning of the trip to cover tipping.

Great company to travel with. Punctual wonderful experiences. Guide was very knowledgeable but too much information was given which was a bit overwhelming. However he was very accommodating to all our individual needs. Bus driver was excellent. Hotels were good. Food was wonderful.

Wir wurden persönlich von Mr Manju am Flughafen abgeholt.
Mit dem herzliche Ayubowan und den typischen Blumenketten haben wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt.
Mr Manju war sehr gastfreundlich und hatte nach dem längeren Flug gleich gekühlte Getränke für uns bereit.
Bei einem für uns ersten Kaffee auf Sri Lanka haben wir uns kennen lernen können.
Mr Manju führte uns durch das vorher gebuchte Programm und erfragte unsere weiteren Wünsche.
Bei den Ausflügen wurde sich viel Zeit gelassen und auf den Wegen gab es immer wieder Stopps um persönliche Highlights und Lieblingsorte zu erkunden.
Unser Ausflug mit dem Erlebnis der Abendzeremonie im Ruwanweliseya Stupa sowie dem weiteren Weltkulturerbe Jayasrimaha Bodhi ( älteste Baum der Welt) waren so inspirierend!!!! Durch die tolle Aufmerksamkeit von Mr Manju konnten auch wir Blumen ( wurden extra für uns gekauft) für die Gabe an Buddha hinterlegen.
Eine sehr emotionale Erfahrung und alle unsere Fragen wurden mit viel Geduld und Herzblut beantwortet.
Am Folgetag konnten wir mehrere Stunden gemeinsam mit Mr Manju und unserem Safari Guide Asanka im Wilpattu National Park verbringen. Eine sehr interessante und lustige Fahrt durch den Park. Mr Asanka und sein Tour Kollege haben Augen wie ein Lux 😉 somit konnten wir die ganze Vielfalt an einheimischen Tieren kennen lernen und haben immer tolle Informationen rundherum erhalten. Unser Highlight waren die 6 Sichtungen unterschiedlicher Leoparden 🐆
Ein Glücksfall!
Neben den vielen Erkundungen sind wir auch sehr gut verpflegt worden, alle Guides haben ans uns mit Getränken und Speisen gedacht.
Keine Selbstverständlichkeit, eine Mahlzeit in so toller Gesellschaft, in einem für uns neuen Land, sehr großzügig.

Wir können uns für die 3 gemeinsamen Tage nur recht herzlich bedanken 🙏 und würden uns jetzt schon freuen, sich auf einer kommenden Tour wieder zu sehen!
