Excellent service
This was my 3rd time visiting Essex Clear Ears and once again the service was brilliant. I was a little apprehensive when i realised I wasn’t being seen by Mitch but my mind was soon put to rest by the lovely, friendly and knowledgeable Jo. Fast efficient service.

Mitch is very giving of his extensive technical knowledge. I find Essex Cleear Ears give a far better service than the big chain Boots. One does not have to book an appointment through a remote call centre and the service is far more in-depth and personal.

Fantastic service …
I just wanted to feedback on the fantastic service we received from Jo this morning. Jo had a lovely manner with my daughter and explained everything to us clearly about what we would need to do to try and resolve a longstanding problem with any charge to us. We really appreciate your time and expertise today ( especially when we were late as we couldn't park) and would definitely recommend your company, particularly Jo to any new customers.

Took great pains on my bad ear
Took great pains on my bad ear. ( large Mastoid cavity ) a lot of inbedded wax. Got it all out.

Easy to make appt. During appointment every thing was explained clearly together with live pictures available before and after.
when I paid I was advised that next appointment would be undertaken at at a discount.

My ears were impacted with wax, I have used this company before so was very satisfied to use them again. Ears now clear, staff polite & efficient.
