Essex Clear Ears Recensioni

Very professional and knowledgeable

5* Service

Very good fast service

Very quick and easy. Seen almost immediately and very thorough

Went in with suspected swimmers ear. Was advised to take a spray for 7 days to help clear up the infection. Mitch was very knowledgeable and he checked both my ear drums for damage and luckily they were both OK which was a relief. He asked me to book another appointment for 10 days time to make sure infection had cleared then to hopefully clear some debris he could see in my problem ear. Overall I was very impressed with the service and the clinic and its comforting to know they are at the end of my road(basically) because I do have alot of ear problems!

Excellent treatment

Always very helpful and provide a good service.

Procedure was fully explained and carried out with care

Attended my 12 month hearing aid follow-up. Courteous, professional, thorough and expert treatment throughout. If you're thinking about making an appointment, don't.....just do it! 100% recommended.

Prompt attention, courteous, helpful. Listened carefully. Professional and thorough. Cleared my ears; thank goodness I can hear again!

Promp, courtious, and profesional.
Using Microsuction, got both ears clear in no time at all.
Delighted.

Excellent service. Mitch gave me as much time as I needed while deciding on choice of hearing aid and method of payment. Never rushed. Clear explanations including phone app. Very professional yet relaxed atmosphere all round.

Friendly professional service. Excellent.

A very thorough examination followed by a positive plan for the way forward

I have visited Essex Clear Ears a number of times, and have always been impressed by their professionalism, knowledge and skill. I have always been treated in a friendly manner, which reassures me that they have my best interest at heart. I can thoroughly recommend them.

The whole team were extremely professional, informative and friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations to help myself and my daughter. I would 100% recommend.

Friendly staff
Clear explanations
Good outcome

Essex Clear Ears give a warm friendly welcome to their customers. I had an appointment with Mitch, Lead Audiologist who has a wealth of knowledge gained after many years in the NHS and Private sector. He is very professional and has great empathy with his customers. The purchase of private hearing aids is expensive but Mitch helped me to find the right product to suit my needs and unlike a lot of companies, did not ask for full payment until I was happy after a trial period. Today, I was receiving adjustments to new hearing aids which usually take a few appointments to get the set up just right. After wearing hearing aids for 30 years, Mitch is without doubt, the best audiologist that I have met and I am so pleased that his business is local. Essex Clear Ears prices are very competitive and their warranty period on the aids that I purchased (5years) was greater than many competitors.

Great service. For ear cleaning and even better for hearing aids

Continued excellent service - going above and beyond and not remotely patronising to 92 year old relative with hearing issues. Highly recommended A++
