First time using, great offer price and delivery next day! Will definitely be back for more!

Poor experience. Purchased item seemed to work OK until firmware update after a few days of testing caused some features to become unreliable. Pixapro/Godox were unable to provide original firmware & only solution they offered was to return for a credit on my account, not an exchange or a refund. Given the poor service, I have no wish to purchase anything else from PixaPro/Godox so a credit would be of little use.

Not the service I expected!

I have recently purchased nearly £20k of equipment from Essential Photo, partly from the photography show and partly online. The order placed at the photo show was not entered correctly by staff in their rush to serve other customers - no apology was ever received. The online order placed was delivered yet parts from one other the reflectors were missing and the unit had clearly been opened previously. Finally an order was placed and a 4-5 week wait time was advised (shown online as in stock) yet I got the same from Amazon next day!

So in all a little hit an miss, and their customer service needs to improve.

When using a company for the first time, its always a gamble, however EssentialPhoto and Video had good reviews, so why not?
Website was easy to navigate, all the info was there. After doing an online search, they were also the cheapest.
Ordered a few items, checkout was straightforward and simple. Confirmation email received within seconds.
Had a reply next day saying there would be a slight delay sending items due to supplier issues, had the option of a refund, change the order or wait.
As I took the option to wait, had regular updates and a couple weeks later, my items arrived.
Overall, cannot fault the service and the items were exactly as described.

Website is really informative and well designed, making it easy to use. It’s now my go to place to purchase photography lighting. Fast delivery also!

Really easy website to use, and the delivery was much cheaper than I had considered. My order arrived safely and well packaged a day earlier. Thanks to using DPD on this, as I've never had any issues, or heard anything bad from DPD. Overall, great service from start to finish.

I'd grown tired of sorting through the cheap knock offs on Amazon looking for a quality product. I am so glad that I came across Essential Photos & Video. Really great products and at comparable to Amazon. AND it's UK based so I got my products fast. Now it's my go to for all my photographic accessories and lighting. The light stand I purchased was sturdy and heavy duty. The LED light wands were perfect for the shoot I was setting up. I've used Essential several times this year, and the next time I need more products I won't be looking anywhere else.
