Placed the order at HOYS and was promised delivery on or before 14th December. My item arrived on 13th. I did receive an email to advise of delivery the day before. All arrived as promised so very happy.

Amazing service from Jack and Liz. At very short notice they helped fit a saddle and bridle for our new horse. Despite the dreadful weather (snowing and very cold), they spent time with my daughter after school making sure the saddle fitted her properly and her new horse. The quality of the Bruno Delgrange saddle and bridle is lovely with the saddle providing the right amount of support and comfort for show jumping, especially as she's making the transition from ponies to horses. Amazing service and great quality products including saddle pad, half pad, girth and martingale. Jack and Liz are a great team, they didn't rush us despite the dreadful weather.

Super knowledgeable about the samshield helmets. There was a lead time for the custom one we wanted and they kept us informed throughout. The team are very responsive and the hat arrived quicker than expected.

I’ve shopped with Espayo a few times and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They always carry a great selection of products, so I make sure to stop by when I see the Espayo stand set up. I’m very satisfied with my experiences and will be back again!

We ordered a coat from espayo equestrian on Thursday for next day delivery and we accidentally put the wrong address to which resulted in the coat being returned back to there warehouse, we was desperate for the coat due to competing in aintree on the Monday to when we contacted jack as his mobile is given on the website for information, he kindly agreed to bring another coat being the same style we ordered and meet us at a location that suited both parties on the saturday and he would await the return of the coat that was originally sent.

The customer service from this company is second to none, they go above and beyond to be helpful and informative, they kept me up to date with a bespoke order that was taking longer than expected to arrive, keeping me in the loop every step of the way on its progress and even made a very generous gesture to compensate for the late arrival. I have since been a repeat customer and received the goods beautifully packaged and very promptly. I highly recommend this company.
