I located and chose eSign for a quick need of a Vehicle Bill of Sale. The site was easy to navigate and produced the needed document in just a few minutes. I don't regularly have a need for an electronic document production and signing platform, but I selected a trial subscription so that I could print a hard copy which was formatted well and came out just as desired. I did not utilize any online signing through eSign.
I forgot to cancel the 7-day trial before I was billed for a subscription. Once I realized I missed that deadline, I submitted a cancellation request through eSign's support form. I received a quick response and Geene had canceled my subscription and refunded the amount billed after the trial.
I have no complaints and would recommend eSign for online form production.

Used it once for one document only to find out that they have continued to bill me on a monthly basis. That's their business model. No contact emails letting you know you will be billed, just quietly billing you each month even though there is not any activity on your account. And when you do manage to cancel, there is no communication confirming the cancellation. We thought we had cancelled in July but since they don't bother confirming your cancellation, there is no way for us to prove that we did that since it is only done using their website.
Interesting that when I went to the website to try to cancel and clicked support and filled the form out, I got an email back immediately, but when I click the "forgot password" button, nothing came. Did it 4 times and got the message that an email had been sent but nothing arrived. Same email address for both communications. The response to my support request was answered in a couple of days and indeed the support person confirmed that according to their records, we had cancelled on October 6th, the day after another month of billing had been charged. I received no confirmation of my October cancellation but at least the support person confirmed the account had been cancelled... at least 3 months after we originally cancelled. I mentioned to support that I got no emails about being billed and the support person said we could have chosen to be notified by going into our preferences and changing a setting. Of course that information is not available until you ask. And of course the default is to not notify you of the upcoming bill or that you have been billed at all. Deceptive business practices for sure, I won't be using them again.

De meest onoverzichtelijke en onduidelijke manier van verschillende mensen een document laten tekenen.
Het is niet mogelijk om 1 document aan meerdere mensen te sturen. Dan moet je voor ieder persoon opnieuw beginnen met blokjes door heel je document slepen. En als je invulvelden netjes wil uitlijnen kun je dit alleen met je muis doen. Invulvelden even groot maken of even lang moet je op de gok doen.
Wanneer je het document verstuurd hebt kun je dit daarna niet opnieuw gebruiken! Dit moet je nu weer opnieuw uploaden
