When we first visited escape hot tubs and spoke to Ryan about our hot tub not working he was very helpful and explained the charges fully. He gave us an appointment that suited and we knew we were dealing with a reputable company. When the two repair men came they phoned first as a courtesy to say they were on their way and arrived promptly at the promised time. They soon diagnosed the problem and gave me full costs of how much the parts and fixing it would be. Once we agreed they went to collect the part and fitted it the same day. They were polite and friendly and explained everything really well. It is so refreshing to deal with such an honest and professional company. I would really recommend you use this company we definitely will be doing. Hopefully just for servicing our hot tub. Thank you very much x

Great response from the minute I called Chris he sent his engineers out straight away the engineers were very helpful and knowledgeable , and sorted the fault straight away would definitely recomend this company many thanks mrs M Brown

Bought an air source heat pump fir the hot tub .I dealt with Chris throughout he was patient wuth my questions explained everything clearly .and even after fitting gave excellent after care .The fitters arrived on time and dud a good job .The heat pump itself i would highly recommend .thank you again fir z great service.

The process was excellent, I was kept updated throughout the process and the install the fantastic. The team went above and beyond to meet my needs.

We are very pleased with our pergola. It has taken a while, although this was no fault of the fitters! The suppliers had sent them the wrong parts and the first motor sent did not work. The fitters worked efficiently on all three occasions to resolve all the problems and were very apologetic. The end result is perfect.

Ordered a new hot tub cover hold down clip, good price and arrived in a couple of days, thank you.

The company was employed to shut down my hot tub and winterise it in December 2023. I booked the service for when I was available to see them do it but whoever took the booking failed to put it in the diary. I contacted them when they didn't arrive and was given another date when I was unfortunately not going to be present. I trusted that they would do the work as described on their website.
On 26th June 2024 I booked them to do a Rise and Shine to reinstate the hot tub. Craig their engineer on this occasion was fantastic, unfortunately he had to do twice the work he should have because the shut down had not been done properly. It looked as if all that had been done was the water emptied and three sheets of cling film wrapped around the tub. It was mouldy inside and the smell was disgusting. Craig spent the next three hours trying to clean the residue that had been left inside the tub and its pipes, reconnecting the Bluetooth which had been disconnected and getting the tub ready to use. The star grades are for Craig who is a star.
I contacted the company when Craig was here and was promised a phone call back before the end of the day. I am still waiting for the call back!!!!
