Wonderful and quick customer service.
I had contacted Lucy regarding a sizing question which was replied to very quickly. Received my jacket in one day so needless to say - I was very happy. Received a lovely Thank You card with the jacket as well. Very nice touch - I will definitely order from Escapeclothing again.

I value honesty and integrity in a Sales person and Lucy has both along with an incredible knowledge of all the products in store. I am not from Wanaka but cannot be in Wanaka and leave without visiting this amazing store. Thank you Lucy - you are a legend.
