My 94 year old mother has just moved into Argyll and fir us this was something that we had hoped for , it is unbelievable to now see my mother smiling in every single photograph , Erskine lives up to and excels the reputation it has had for so many years in its care for residents and family..❤

My husband has been in Yarrow since June 2022 and receives excellent care.
As a family we are grateful for the level of care given to him by all staff.
We are pleased that there is activities that he can enjoy and participate.

My 93 year old Dad is currently a resident in Erskine Park Home and has been for approximately 20 months. Through visiting Dad I see the work involved in caring and supporting dementia residents.
Erskine not only care for and support the residents but it feels like they are at home with friends. Loads of fun activities and although very enjoyable there is a specific reason for doing the activities which in the long run benefits the resident.
Myself and the family feel much more at ease knowing the excellent care Dad is receiving which gives us oeace of mind.

My mother waited a few months until a permanent place in Erskine Home became available. In the interim she had several respite stays which meant that she was not thrown in at the deep end. She is glad that she was able to choose to stay in Erskine Home. Other friends of hers have not been so lucky as they have had to enter a care home because their health deteriorated quickly and they had no choice in where they would be placed.

She is glad that she does not have to worry now about food shopping, house cleaning, laundry, cooking and so on.

Her father was in the Air Force and she was in the TA in Bedfordshire so she enjoys being part of the military tradition at Erskine Home.

I too enjoy the experience of visiting her in the Erskine Home building with it's spacious entrance hall and beautiful grounds.

My dad had stayed in 2 care homes previously before going to Erskine Park care home. The level of care and commitment from the staff go a very long way. Over and above the call of duty. It’s not just down to the staff training it’s the people themselves that make Erskine Park so special. 20/10

My mum moved to Erskine Home in June 2022, and after an initial settling in period, she has made it her new home, and actually blossomed from where she was pre June 2022.
She has made friends, so has the company she missed, the staff are superb, couldn't be more helpful, friendly and attentive. My mother enjoys the entertainment provided, and has put on weight which is testament to the catering. Generally the care home is immaculate, my mum's room is up to "her standards", so all round it was a wise choice to have my mother in such good hands.

I have worked for Erskine for almost 3 years now having left a long term career. Although I don’t work directly with the residents now, I see how much they are loved and an extended family of many carers & staff. It is such a pleasure to work in such a lovely environment with so much fun and activities for all, seeing all the residents so happy & cared for makes my heart happy. Well done to the whole team, from all carers, nurses, physio, activities, kitchen & housekeeping, speech & language, transport & facilities. Together we make Erskine a great place to be ♥️

Staff are committed to look after and respect all their residents also to be aware of any family concerns.

My Mum lives in Haig house at the Erskine home, and she is very well cared for - all the staff do their best to deliver a personal service for the residents.

Beautiful surroundings, outside and inside. Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble and they're always there to help. Communication great.

Very pleased with the care shown to my mother.

Wonderful home. Mums been in Erskine Park since January and has a new lease of life.

Staff are all fantastic.

The facilities & care available to my mother in Mckellar house are wonderful. My mother does seem very happy with her surroundings since she arrived 2 years ago. At 95 she is an amazing woman and the staff do go the extra mile looking after her. I wouldn't want her living anywhere else. My sister and I are deeply grateful to Erskine.

My dad is a resident in Erskine and his care is nothing short of outstanding. The team are like family and go above and beyond constantly to make sure my dad is reassured and as engaged as possible. The team always treat my dad with compassion, dignity and care - and they’re always there if we want to talk too - nothing too big or small.

Since leaving the forces in the late 1990's Erskine helped me learn a trade. I started off as a horticulturist/gardener with all city & guilds. They took me on as a Gardner then got me a better job. I went back two years later and was fully trained in hard and soft landscaping. Again they got me a job. Since them I have paid a fee towards the charity every month and they are in my will. I have seen and met the wonderful people. What they do is amazing.A lot of the people in here are old and stubborn but there are young confused people here as well which a lot of people don't realise. Erskine Hospital is a magical place filled with amazing staff. I honestly don't have a word to describe it. 10/10

Erskine is a beautiful home with amazing staff. I feel so lucky that my dad is there, and that he is looked after by such friendly and caring staff. They put on lovely activities, like music events, indoor bowls and well-being sessions, and residents can sit out in the garden. The staff are welcoming and thoughtful - they speak very warmly to residents and to families, and go out of their way to help with visits - like always finding a wheelchair, and assisting with moving around, so I can take my dad out to the garden, or setting up a tablet so I can speak to him on the internet face to face. They have been dealing with the covid pandemic very well, and although I know it is a difficult time overall, they are still managing to achieve a wonderfully, warm, friendly and caring home for my dad - and I am very grateful to everyone there for their kindness.

My mum has been in Erskine Park since earlyAugust 2022 after moving from a previous care home which was closing. The care our mum is receiving is excellent and she is enjoying being part of the Erskine community with its many inclusive activities and company. She has settled in well and is very happy.
Since joining Erskine Park community she and the family have benefited from the easy access to the beautiful grounds and getting out for fresh air - a big change from where she was before. Staff are excellent, friendly and responsive to requests for help and there is a real community feel to the whole place. It is such a relief for my self and other family members knowing mum is being so well cared for. A big thank you to all the staff who each play their part including those behind the scenes!

Sine taking residence at Erskine Red Cross, my dad, Mitch, has received first class care. The staff are excellent, taking care of my dads every need. Every time i visit dad looks settled and happy. Communication on all matters from his health to entertainment and external visits is extremely professional. Well done and thanks to all staff

Both my mum (currently) and dad have been residents in Erskine Care Home in Bishopton.

Their care has been excellent and staff have become not only carers to my mum, but she calls them friends x
