Expected big things given the price of the product, have to be honest I’m pretty disappointed.
First use today on a customers oven and took me 3 times as long than another product I was previously using.
Purchased this due to the high reviews and naively thought paying higher would achieve better results.
Left the first spray on for over an hour and used the product neat. Given the hype I expected to go back to the oven and simply wipe it down but it had barely touched the sides, had removed a thin layer of carbon from the surface but stubborn hardened grease was still rock solid.
The product then confirmed its uselessness when I applied it 3 times over a 2 hour period on the customers oven door. Didn’t even remove a layer of grease, still required heavy scrapping and the use of a different much cheaper product.
The only reason I haven’t given this one star and believe me I was close, is based on the fact that the delivery of the items I ordered was fast and the communication was very good.
Have no complaints with the people selling the product but honestly for the price I expected something a lot better.
For those reading the review I finished the oven clean with Deepio, which can be purchased in a powder form of 6kg at a much cheaper price than this product and actually did remove some of the hardened grease.
I’ve been cleaning ovens over 5 years now and I can honestly say this is the biggest disappointment I have had when trialing a new product.

Appreciate the response, another kudos to your customer service, believe me I want to be wrong about your product I am desperate to find a bio cleaner that successfully cuts through grease!
Other than leaving applied for longer than you’ve suggested which due to heat in the oven will have made absolutely no difference as it dissipated within seconds, I’m not sure what other guidelines I can follow as I’ve followed what is written on the website.
If using neat and the product is not shifting hardened grease then surely diluting is going to even worse.
Perhaps this was just an unusually bad burnt oven.
I will try this again during the week repeating the first steps and hopefully (genuinely hope so) eat my words!

Oven cleaning devil says products are insane

I have used this product for cleaning my customers ovens for a while now and I find it very quick in releasing the burnt on carbon and grease. This solution is very easy to use and mixes economically which is a nice saving. I will be using this cleaning product for all my oven cleaning.
