Our business model is to firstly give our clients the best experience in there time of need and to raise the quality of service being given by trying to make contractors do a better job. EPHG currently have over 60,000 clients, 8 staff taking the calls and hundreds of contractors being a national company covering an estimated area of 98%. Even though our terms and rates are available online, we verbally explain the rates, take a deposit, ask our clients to reply to a text or an email in writing to confirm the agreement including rates over the phone before we start the work. If we don't get a written agreement, our clients can ask for the payment to be voided the same day or a refund any other day. Our aim is to raise the quality of service in many individuals with highly trained staff by trying to make sure you don't full prey to potential crooks or unprofessional trades.

Job booked for next day and cancelled within minutes. I think this review was more so that our client was going to get a refund even know there was no entitlement. I felt that because it wasn't an emergency and didn't interrupt our process too much, I decided to refund the full amount and asked our client if they can write a review, which our client did for our efforts. 5 star from the time I made the call to the time the engineer left, I was on my own as husband working abroad, was completely at ease with Ross who explained everything as he worked through and found the problem.

Highly recommended.
I had a radiator that sprang a leak and we were unable to isolate. Called about 20 companies and 3 accepted the job only to cancel later, wasting hours of my time. Late in the evening came to EPHG and was sceptical when they said they would get me someone within an hour, but finally, a company that delivered on their promise. The plumber, Anthony, arrived early and was quick, efficient and cleaned up after the job.

I absolutely loved this review, because it explains your experience prior to booking, your honest thoughts of being sceptical and your experience with the engineer coming out.
Reviews like this, should give people using our services more confidence. In some case, can't always guarantee someone turning up, but, we would like to see that we do have the best conversation rate of satisfaction.
I hope all issues with your radiator has been resolved now.
Brilliant service
Brilliant service. My toilet was leaking everywhere and at 10.30 at night I called EPHG who answered the phone quickly and sent an excellent plumber out within the hour. He very quickly and efficiently delt with the problem. Excellent service all round! Thank you

Had a leak in my water tank called EPHG within the 90 mins plumber arrived within 30 min he knew the issue and within 24 hours (as needed a part being sorted) everything was fixed! Plumber was brilliant and service was great!

Great service from start to finish
Called on Saturday as we had a dire emergency, called other so called 24 hour plumbers but no answer. Called these and got an answer straight away and was explained the costs and how long someone will be out, the plumber arrived in the time given and quickly found the route of our leak. The plumber was very clean and tidy would highly recommend.

Great service. Costs explained right at the outset. A bit more expensive than others but you pay for service these days.

Quick, impressive service
I needed an urgent callout on a Friday night for a major leak. Very quick response time and overall a very smooth and efficient process. Engineer Anthony was knowledgeable and got straight to identifying the leak source with no wasted time and was able to perform a fix that solved the immediate problem. He also took pains to explain exactly what he was doing and why which I appreciated, especially when having to relay details to my landlord.
