I recently needed an EPC for a commercial property we rent and had spoken to several EPC companies. Most of them quoted excessive prices for such a small space. Then I spoke with Adam, who was incredibly reasonable. The turnaround time was impressive—just two days from start to finish. Adam was very polite and professional throughout the process. I would 100% recommend his services.
