I'm sorry to learn you've had a bad experience with us.
Unfortunately, shipping overseas has become very difficult and expensive over the last few years. Whilst we would love to be able to ship orders to Estonia, at this present time we was unable to fulfill your order. An email was also sent to the one you provided, confirming of this cancellation and explaining our reasoning at the time.
We understand your frustration as this also impacts us aswell & we're hopeful in the near future that this can be resolved.

Internet error
There seemed to be a mix up as to whether I could receive my order I rang to explain that I was not happy. customer service could not have been more understanding.. They were brilliant, responding within hours, and sorting the problem out immediately.
I am SO impressed with Envii, and will be recommending their products to everyone!

Disappointed with product results
Disappointed with product results. In fact product made no difference to water clarity at all.
The company are well established and offer a reliable service, its just that the products do not always deliver the results claimed. Or perhaps my pond is too much of a problem.
