Good price, delivered on time

Good products delivered promptly

Really quick delivery. Goods were well packaged. Plants love the feed!

Fantastic product, have used it for years.
Not harmful to fish or birds and works.
A product that is in harmony with nature.

Only gave 4 instead of 5 as they are a victim of their own success as there was a very slight delay in delivery due to increased demand.

Success comes with added pressures as well as profits. Don’t drop the baton now you have reached the summit. Getting there is hard but staying there is harder still.👍

On time and notified

I've had three products from Envii now: Greenkeeper's Secret, which I spray on the lawn and get instant results from (I'll swear the grass is instantly greener, and every blade is perked upright and standing to attention, whenever I apply it); the autumn/winter version of the same product (equally helpful); and now a moss control product (Greenkeeper's Moss Guard) which so far has done a great job.

But apart from that, today I found that my attempt to send a package of Greenkeeper's Secret to my daughter had gone astray; somehow (I don't think it was me) the payment address and despatch address had become garbled together, and Royal Mail had simply given up and sent the packet back to Envii.

I reported this to the firm at 11:31am. By 15:52 I had a friendly e-mail back saying that they'd now sent it back out again. No charge. That's efficiency and great service. I'm impressed!
