Ghosted by customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. I emailed their customer service within 24 hours as I could not log into their site to amend my order. I booked four tickets rather than the three I needed. Despite emailing four times and calling, I never received an email or call back. Please stay away from this company.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Very rude. Would not recommend this company at all. We accidentally forgot about our booking due to a close family member illness. I remembered that evening and emailed multiple times asking if we could kindly move our slot to the following day as there was plenty of slots left according to their website. I was very rudely told no. I now have a very upset 4 year old who is not only going through family issues but cannot see the “fairy lights” which cost over £50! Very very disappointed. Mistakes happen and unfortunately this company are not compassionate, they’re rude and dismissive! I would avoid just in case you have any problems around your booking as they’re not willing to help, just willing to take your money!
Very bad service, greedy business, asked for tickets to be moved because the rain was unusually heavy and they did not agree even though it was weekday and they had availability for the next days. Absolutely unreasonably bad and child unfriendly customer service, beyond comparison.
After the rain stopped - it was by the way almost 4mm psqm which is really bad even for adults to spend one hour, not to mention 1 year old child - the security did not let us in anymore because it was slightly after 20pm and the event works until 21pm. He said its security issue to let us with 1 year old child, but it wasn't a problem to come with 1 year old child in 4mm sqm rain. Absolutely awesome logic! He said to ask for refund on the website but of course no refund is available.
