Avoid, rude sales advisors
Tried to profit off a private reg I given them, demanding log books months after sale. Threatening messages to contact my place of work and complain (even tho it was a private sale personally from me to their so called company) absolutely disgusting manner they spoke to me in.

Hi,
You part exchanged a vehicle with us, and the vehicle had a private registration at the time. You indicated you did not wish to retain this registration, or else you would've removed the private registration prior to the sale. You were provided with this opportunity at the time of sale, as you subsequently removed the other private registration that was also on the vehicle at the time, yet chose not to remove the other.
When a vehicle is part exchanged with us on a private registration, we remove this registration off the vehicle, and offer it up for sale for other customers to purchase. Just like how we sell the part exchange vehicle on to a retail customer also.
Upon realising this, you had made derogatory remarks towards a member of staff who had requested a V5c logbook from yourself, for the part exchange vehicle you traded in at the time of your sale, which we are entitled to.

Great service, Great new car and Good part ex values given. Ashley answered all questions quickly and sorted the deal ready for us to collect the car.

Outstanding Motor Dealership!
Bought my new Mercedes from Enkae Prestige Motors and I couldn’t recommend them more.
I was guided through the sale by Umarah and she couldn’t have been more helpful. The sale was smooth and was I treated really respectfully.
I love my new car, so happy I bought it and the service was outstanding!

Absolute Gem for quality cars!!
I am alway cautious when buying a new car with garages due to the money involved however from my experience with Enkae I can honestly say they are genuine, professional and a very helpful team. There was no hard sell and answered all my questions. I was provided with a bouquet of flowers and chocolate which was a very nice touch. The after service has been great, whenever I have called for advice on how to look after my car they have always helped or signposted me to the right direction.
I feel Enkae deserve this detailed review as I felt that their ethos and approach to providing top quality cars and excellent customer service has been outstanding.
When I do change my car again, this will be my first point of call as they are able to source pretty much any car with the spec and you like.

Received great service from Enkae Prestige Motors when I bought my Audi A6, especially from Umarah. She was very professional and friendly. She helped with any queries or concerns we had before taking the car away and also after. We would highly recommend contacting Umarah if you are looking to buy one of their cars.
