The day I received my order
The day I received my order, I immediately tried the 3 items on. The fit was way off on 2 of them and the 3 rd fit but wasn’t comfortable . I sent an email for a return label to be sent. That was 4 days ago. The email responses I have gotten only acknowledge that they received my request but they haven’t done anything to help me send these shoes back. I have purchased many items over the past couple of years. This is my first bad experience.

The time promised exceeded my expectations when it arrived , 1 day early. Well boxed. Quality . Prices that are inviting. Comparable to the same High End Designer names as in the Department Stores. Thanks for being A Source for my Footwear. I did find that Italian Women Shoes are maybe 0.5 inch longer in size. My 8.5 inches shoes is actually 9 inches in size, though I used your chart. The fit was okay because my toes are comfortable.

Nice prices, but at a cost
I recently purchased a bag from Enibbana during their site wide sales. The bag came deformed (from being overstuffed), and I sent an email to the company to reach out about it. I haven’t heard back yet. I’ll be refunding the item, and maybe if they decide to reach out, they’ll waive my refund fee. Who knows.

I found enibbana on facebook. Or Rather- they found me. I bought a pair of Bukela and a pair of Copenhagen boots. They are very high quality boots. The designs are wonderful. The shipping is fast.

Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service. I was afraid a return was going to be a big ordeal when i realized they only return ship with a carrier that doesn't come to our town, and they are in europe. Past experiences with other brands in similar situations has been terrible, but Enibbana was quickly responsive and happy to deal with it. I wouldn't hesitate to order again
