Commande préparée et expédiée…

Commande préparée et expédiée rapidement. Suivi très sérieux de la part d'enibbana et du transporteur. Chaussures de qualité qui malheureusement ne me convenaient pas à réception. Le service contact est ultra réactif, j'ai reçu dès le lendemain le bordereau de retour à imprimer. Le retour est payant 15€.

Oh Wow!!

Love these clogs. The fit was perfect.
I wear a 9.5/BUS & I ordered the 40.
The design of the clog & black calf hair material were sleek, not too clunky or overpowering.
I wore them out the same day I received them and they were super comfy!
A winner for fall wardrobe.
This was my first order from enibbana.
Smooth purchase & expedient shipping.

First and last time ordering from this…

First and last time ordering from this company. The shoes did not fit so tried to return them and that was an unsuccessful nightmare. There is a very short return period, 14 days. It took two days for them to return an email with the info I needed to return the shoes. Had to return through DHL wanted to schedule a pick up and I could not get through the DHL registration process despite the fact DHL has delivered to my location. It kept telling me that that I was entering an invalid city. Funny thing is when I enter my address on the shipping label from Enibbana DHL would not accept it. I do not have the time to get to the DHL drop off place to get help until the weekend which is well past the window for return. I think shoes are hard to buy on line and I am grateful that you did not have the other size I can wear because normally I order a couple of sizes. I could have been stuck with two pair of shoes that did not fiT. If you are selling shoes you need to make it easier to return and alonger period to return the shoes. Very disappointed. I will being sharing my experience with my stylist so she can warn her other customers.

High quality chic!

Quality of the shoes is superb. Looks even better in person! Very chic - perfect for non casual work environment. Delivery was fast and came on the designated day.
