Ordered an engraved champagne bottle with next day delivery which never arrived - the proof of delivery was an empty black box.
The company are telling me that DPD have confirmed delivery so they will not refund me. Appalling customer service, having to repeat myself numerous times and just going around in circles, getting absolutely no where - I will now have to put in a claim with my bank.
Avoid this company at all costs!
Highly recommend and would use again
1st class customer service from start to finish. I made the silly mistake of giving incorrect delivery address but Hazel kept me up to speed with progress and ultimately ensured the Champagne was delivered on time. Can’t recommend highly enough
Hard work getting a refund when they fail to deliver your goods!
Ordered an item on Tuesday and paid for the expedited next working day delivery as it was a present for a friends 30th on Thursday. DPD, their chosen courier, delivered the item to completely the wrong address and marked as left in a outhouse/shed even though these instructions were not approved and as an alcohol product should of required an ID check, and the photo clearly showed it had been dropped over a fence of some sort.
Contacted company when I received the "delivered" notification to tell them it had been delivered to wrong address as didn't have it and could not find the safe space (outside) and while I got an initial response to say they were chasing DPD to redeliver today that is the only real response received. Also worth noting they have no contact number and only engage via email and often take 24 hours to respond to replies issued within minutes of their own response.
Contacted them again that evening as DPD had rung to confirm they could not locate the parcel at the address they had left it at and therefore parcel is now effectively lost, requested they issue me a refund as I had now had to source an alternative gift for my friends birthday on Thursday.
Engravedrinks response was that I should go and knock on neighbours doors to ask if they had the parcel, which is ridiculous on two fronts as no idea where DPD left it and its not my job to hunt down the parcel DPD lost; and that they could not issue a refund until DPD concludes their investigation which can take up to 7 days.
As I have explained to Engravedrinks, my contract is with them and not DPD and the failure of their delivery partner is their business not mine. Requested a refund for the second time and was ignored again so have had to raise a charge back with my bank instead.
My advice would be only order from them if you are willing to gamble the product turns up as requested as otherwise you are in for a challenge getting your money back. Can't offer comment on the quality of the goods because they failed in their ability to provide the goods the next working day as was paid for.
Fantastic fast service
Fantastic fast service. I ordered an engraved bottle of Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque. The order came the next day. The order didn't arrive with the box that was advertised so upon contacting customer services, Hazel at EngraveDrinks had one sent out the next day. Great customer service and product. Would definitely use them again.

Really great customer service from order to delivery. Great communication and quick to offer help when a product was out of stock, sourcing an alternative and ensuring delivery was on time. I will definitely order a gift from this company again. Highly recommend.

I ordered an engraved product for next day delivery but unfortunately the product was out of stock. I was contacted asap by Hazel on both phone and email with alternative options and received great customer service. My order arrived promptly at lunchtime the following day and the parcel was packaged well to ensure it wouldn't break. Fab service, would recommend.
Super Service
Super Service! What a great company. As a PA, I was asked to find a personalised gift for a colleague at very short notice. I came upon EngraveDrinks following a Google Search and was very glad I did. I ordered the engraved gift late last Wednesday evening and by early Friday morning, it had been delivered and was waiting for me at work. And it was perfect. The engraving looked great and the gift wrapping organza bag and ribbon were gorgeous.
I was really impressed with this company and will definitely buy from them again.
Unbelievable service
Unbelievable service. I ordered at 10:30 and got notification at 14:30 the same day to say it has been engraved and already with DPD ready for delivery the next morning. I paid a small amount extra for next day delivery. Product was exactly as shown on the website. Will definitely be using this company again. Fantastic gift idea for friends who love gin and it is there 25th Anniversary.

My order arrived promptly via DPD the next day & whilst the recipient wasn’t in to answer the door , the customer service lady , Hazel, replied to me straight away & helped me through the process swiftly & my parcel received and enjoyed the very next morning . need a refund
i tried to order something from the website earlier and it said that i didn’t have the right card type. so i ordered it from somewhere else and this company has taken money out of my account and hasn’t given me a confirmation about me ordering the item. what can i do to get my money back!!

The item I ordered was delivered within 24 hours, it was well packed and protected by bubble wrap. The bottle is lovely, beautifully engraved and looks good inside the presentation box. I emailed a question to customer services receiving a prompt and kind reply. I would definitely order from EngraveDrinks again, highly recommend

Placed my order, made a mistake and emailed support straightaway. I did have a slight panic attack as this was for a next day delivery and was concerned the order couldn't be amended! Fortunately they were very quick to call me and amend the order. The recipient of the gift totally loved it!!

“Minor design change”; I’m guessing that most people would think that no longer having the brand in writing on the bottle was a bit more than a MINOR design change 🤷🏻♂️
