The ordering process is difficult and makes mistakes very easy. There is no option to proof anything before getting it engraved, which when ordering 16 bottles is crazy. You are expected to individually enter each bottle onto the website, with some confusing instructions only provided by email for separate deliveries. After placing my order for 16 bottles I realised I had done it incorrectly (I placed one order for 16 bottles with the word name instead of the name of each person) I had given clear instructions previously via email with the text that I required and was ensured it would be correct. I tried to get in touch with customer service all day to correct the error before engraving (there is no phone number). To be told hours later that no bottles would be engraved until they were approved and not to worry. I sent over a list of names and addresses and confirmed with the lady that only the first name was required to be on the bottle. I was advised not to worry as she approves everything before engraving. The bottles arrived with the first and surnames engraved. Who would want both names engraved seriously!!? Now I realise the error was mine in the first place, but the customer service afterwards and the process to order bulk was crazy with no proofing approval options. Then to be blamed totally even though I was promised that everything was approved before engraving was very insulting. A simple sorry and a gesture of good will would have been fine for me and I had planned to be a repeat order next year, but I won't be using engravedrinks again due to the terrible customer service!

Ignore emails when you disagree and prove what they are saying is wrong. Then won't give details of complaints procedure. No information on website about complaints procedure.
Poor experience and seriously poor ran company. Please avoid other companies might be more expensive but service would be far superior then this

Great idea for a personalised item
After having read some of the reviews, to be honest, I was a little sceptical about ordering. I could not have been more wrong.
I ordered a personalised bottle of champagne. The bottle was the brand I choose and the engraving was correct and looked really nice. The order was delivered promptly on a next day service which was a reasonable cost.
The only small blip was that I didn't receive an order confirmation. However, I had made a note of the order number, so was confident I could chase if need be.
Overall I was very happy with the service and product I received.
Disappointed by Engrave Drinks
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Engrave Drinks, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. I placed an order for a custom engraved bottle as a special gift, and what I received was far from satisfactory.
Upon receiving the package, I discovered that the bottle had a noticeable chip, making it unsuitable for the purpose it was intended for – a gift. I immediately contacted their customer service, hoping for a resolution. However, instead of taking responsibility for the damaged item, Engrave Drinks shifted the blame onto their supplier.
What infuriates me even more is their refusal to provide a refund or a replacement for the damaged product. It is absolutely unacceptable for a company to deliver a faulty item and then evade responsibility by pointing fingers at someone else. The lack of accountability is appalling, and it reflects poorly on their professionalism and customer service standards.
To add insult to injury, my attempts to reach out to them have been met with complete silence. They have chosen to ignore my emails, leaving me feeling disregarded and frustrated as a customer.
I strongly advise anyone considering Engrave Drinks for their personalised items to think twice. The lack of quality control, poor customer service, and refusal to rectify their mistakes make them a company I cannot recommend in good conscience. I am deeply disappointed in my experience and sincerely hope others are spared from such a regrettable ordeal.
Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for your engraving needs.

Ordered for my partner for Christmas
Ordered for my partner for Christmas. Delivery was refused by service point. I think my last emails had not gone through as I sent one this morning I had a reply and a phone call from a lovely lady! Very helpful and polite, I would recommend!
Poor communication and delivery
Paid extra for fast delivery, it stated on all invoices due by 4th October. No communication until late the 4th October stating it had only just been sent to DPD for delivery. DPD delivery did not receive the item until late afternoon of the 5th October to be delivered on the 6th October. I dont expect to pay extra for a service that doesn't exist.

You email them and they don’t reply. My order hasn’t even been shipped and was due for delivery today I would avoid especially if your buying as a present because they just don’t come in time and customer service is just awful.

So happy with my order. I placed an order earlier in the week and accidentally selected a smaller bottle than I wanted. I sent an email across to the team and they were quick to reply and send me an invoice for the difference so that my order could be upgraded. So helpful and the engraving on the bottle looks amazing, I love it!
Unexpected surprise
After purchasing the bottle of vodka online I was informed by tricky and Marco I’d been scammed. After contacting customer services all my fears were allayed by the excellent service representative. More than happy with the product and now everyone at clown college is putting the scrap money together to place an order.
A memory made.
Although my choice of whiskey had to change my friends gift was quickly Sent and arrived on time. Communications between myself and the company have been great and clear and the product is awsome. Many many thanks. Pete.
Incorrect engraving
Sent out the incorrect colour of engraving so it didn’t show against the clear liquid and proceeded to ignore emails to their support team
GREAT Customer Delivery
I mistakenly added the wrong delivery address to the order and didn't realise until a couple days later. I emailed about this and received an immediate response from Hazel to confirm she had corrected the address for me. I then informed her that I required the delivery asap as it was for an upcoming present and I had mistaken the 5 day delivery for including weekends. Hazel again came to the rescue and ensured to get the bottle shipped straight away on next day delivery. The bottle arrived on time thanks to her. Our order itself was well priced and a great present to give! We will definitely be ordering again.

Have raised with customer service email and have not received a response for 4 days - it is now 25th Jan and nothing. They don't even update.

Don’t Bother!
Ordered for Grandad’s 70th birthday, paid for fastest possible delivery (2 days) and has now been over a week and still has not arrived. Contacted them to ask where my order was and was told it was delayed due to the weather?! In the mean time I had several other parcels delivered with no supposed issues due to the weather! So I contacted them again as it turns out DHL had never even received my parcel, but conveniently after my last email to them saying I will be requesting a refund (which they never even replied to) DHL have now got my parcel. Awful customer service and awful experience, would not recommend!

We have use EngraveDrinks repeatedly, however I made an error with our latest order and spoke to Hazel in the support team who couldn't have been more helpful and rectified the issue extremely promptly.
Would not recommend
Paid for fast delivery for a 70th birthday present which was then delayed with no explanation. When I contacted customer support they were very unhelpful so ended up paying for faster delivery for absolutely no reason. Wouldn’t recommend, there are much more reliable companies out there.

Where is my order?!
Where is my order? It is now delayed and no one is responding to me. This is getting ridiculous as it is meant to be for a friends wedding which is due next week- can I have a contact number to speak to someone? I have paid for this order yet also received no confirmation email or response from the company.

Purchased an engraved bottle of vanilla vodka for a friends 60th birthday. From start to finish was so easy in choosing the wording and font to ordering it and getting delivered the next day which is definitely worth doing for the extra small cost.

Delivery took longer than the 5 days quoted but it was worth the wait! Customer services were really helpful and super quick at getting back to me. They even sent me a preview of the engraved image and gift wrapped it too - will use again and do recommend x
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. my delivery is now late and have been trying to contact this company, have sent an email of which I got a reply, but unfortunately not a helpful reply. Have tried to send back other emails as I wish to speak to a human and now my emails to them are not sending. So from an unhappy customer I will not be using them again
