I want to thank George and Holly who have helped me get a long term position I really appreciate George who has helped me through the process he is very professional and guided me step by step he made everything smooth and stress free always available to answer my questions thank you for all your support.

We are currently working with Gemma White and Jamie Rant at Engage Education, who support our schools in East Sussex. The level of communication and their understanding of our schools and the candidates we are looking for is impeccable.

They consistently meet deadlines, and the quality of candidates they provide is excellent. Their professionalism and reliability make them a valued partner in supporting our recruitment needs.

I had a great experience working with Chris. He was professional, friendly, and very supportive throughout the whole process. I just wanted to give an honourable mention to Chris. I remember the first ever time I spoke to Chris, it was over the phone he came across very polite and easy to talk to. This made me ever so comfortable to talk about myself as I’m sure we can all agree it’s not always to do so.

From the get go Chris has kept me in the loop about everything regarding anything to do with my registration to Engage education. Even on days were there isn’t a specific update, he would just ring me and to reassure me that he hasn’t forgot about me, some process do take long. This decreased my anxiety and stress levels massively, as it was a very stressful time for me, being out of employment. I remember when I was waiting for my DBS to be processed, I think at the time it had been just over 5 weeks I had spent waiting for it to be processed. Again Chris rung me to just to reassure me and explain that there is a way to speed up the whole process, which I wasn’t aware of at all.

Overall, I feel like I’ve know Chris for a long time to be honest, even though I have never met him in person. On every single phone call he comes across ever so friendly, calm, and professional at the same time. Chris has presented me with a massive opportunity and he has always kept communicating with me at all times during this whole process. He’s always asking how I got on during shift checking if I enjoyed it. I’ve got to a point where I just feel like I’m talking to one of my friends when I’m talking to him, only because he has made it comfortable enough for me to feel like that. Personally, I feel like he is true representation of what your company is, a proper genuine and nice person. He takes time to listen to what I have to say as well. With this opportunity that he has found for me, he did yet again reassure me that even if it doesn’t go my way, there is still another opportunity waiting for me and not to be disheartened.

I’ve had a really positive and excellent experience working with Chris. His communication is always clear, prompt, and professional, making the whole process easy and stress free. He consistently presents suitable Teaching Assistant roles that match my skills and preferences, and arrangements are always handled efficiently. Chris is supportive, reliable, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. I really appreciate his dedication and look forward to continuing to work with him.

Chris has been such an amazing person to work with. Ever since the first week his communication has been top notch and has always rang me to check up on how im getting along and also been supplying me with constant work throughout the months of working with him. He is very professional and absolutely amazing to work with.
