Hello Richmond, we are truly sorry for the delay in your shipment. The manufacturer notified us that there is a component backorder on your product. Our system generated an email alert on 4/4/2025 to notify you that the product would not be available to ship until 4/21/2025, however, we truly apologize as this email may not have reached you. We will contact the manufacturer for you again today to see if your order can be expedited and follow up with you. We appreciate your business and wish to do whatever we can to meet your needs.
Shipping info slow
Everything was received ok, and the pricing was good. However, it was 3 days before I was provided any shipping information so I was beginning to be concerned about the order and whether or not I was going to have to spend time looking into it further. Other than that, it was a very good process.
