Well packaged to prevent any damage. It took about 30 mins to unpack and layout pieces. It took about 30 mins also to assemble the pieces. It was a considered purchase but on reflection. Good choice Me!

More comprehensive written instructions for assembling a double bed would have been more helpful. It’s also not clear from instructions which way up the side supporting panels should be.
Otherwise pleased with solid bed construction and appearance.

Beautiful and well made bed, easy to assemble and great communication

Beautiful bed very happy, my only complaints are no assembly instructions was supplied and no cover for the exposing bolts which hold the frame together. I feel the covers would have given a better finishing touch.

TLDR version: arrived late, without screws and bolts to assemble it, without instructions, without cover caps, without pilot holes to insert the screws. It's been more than 2 months and I still don't have all of the parts.

Longer version: the bed arrived after 4 weeks. A bit late, but not terrible.

Having got rid of my previous bed, I went to assemble it to find there were no screws, bolts or instructions. Contacted support and they arrived a day or 2 later. We had to sleep on a mattress on the floor, but these things happen.

Second attempt at assembly. The instructions included 4 steps and were essentially useless. The pilot holes that should have been drilled in the sidings to attach the slats had not been drilled (I confirmed with support they should have been there). So I had to spend 2 hours drilling these myself, guessing where they were supposed to go.

Finally got this done, to find that the half moon bolts had no caps. This means there are 8 gaping visible holes on the upper rail - not at all like the pictures.

Contacted support to be told they'd send the caps out. They arrived, but didn't fit or match the bed. Complained again and got the same caps in a different colour that also didn't match. Several weeks later, I'm promised some new caps that will match - I'll update the review if they arrive and are as promised.

Support have been responsive, so marks for that. But they have a habit of blaming the supplier. I believe that the supplier is the issue but ultimately Endurance Beds sold the product and are responsible for the quality of the product and any problems. This has taken far too much time and energy for a product that was not inexpensive.

I intend to send the bed back.

The bed is amazing and the mattress is perfect. You definitely get what you pay for. Very happy 😊

From the first point of contact I liked the personal professional service . Everything went smoothly and my expectations were exceeded. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Late delivery, wrong parts, no instructions, terrible customer service. Had to pay for 2 nights accommodation due to having no bed to sleep on, their attitude was basically‘get on with it’

From ordering our endurance spa to deliver it was only just over two weeks delivery guys were very helpful and put it in the room I wanted it was easy to put put together and fantastic quality. We are so happy with the product..

We chose a metal quad bed . Delivery took longer than expected and there was a few issues with the paint work on the frame but once contacted endurance beds resolved this quickly. Very pleased with the bed and how sturdy it is

The bed was delivered professionally and no concerns with the delivery. Bed was as described. However no instructions for setting up and there was a delay when I asked. So the 4.5 stars. Will order again though.

Absolutely love the bed/colour/size just wish headboards both sides were higher and knobs bigger ,but very close to what my old bed looked like 👍so well done ,love it

Our previous Divan Bed was purchased approximately 4 years ago from another online Bed Company, and unfortunately only lasted 4 years due to being made not to last. The 5 year guarantee also proved useless as the company had been taken over by new owners and they claimed the issue was due to wear & tear (how are you supposed to get into bed without first sitting on the bed??)

This time, we did a lot more research, as in our opinion, a bed should really last 20+ years if it has been made correctly and used correctly. Endurance Beds give a 12-year guarantee on their beds, so they must have confidence that they will last for some time.

We received our end lift Ottoman Bed yesterday from Endurance Beds. It arrived well packaged to protect from the knocking around by being moved in transit. When assembling, you can tell this is a quality item that has been very well made.

I'm obviously writing this review after only 1 night, but when assembling it feels solid and will (hopefully) last many years.

The only negative was that we did order Glides for the feet, but it actually came with Castors.

I waited 4 weeks and received a quality bed that exceeded my expectations

I chose to buy from Endurance Beds in part because the company got generally very good reviews of its products and service (on their own website: 4.88 out of 5 based on 92 reviews; on Trustpilot: 4.2 out of 5 based on 113 reviews). How I wish my experience had matched my expectations.
I ordered an electric ottoman base in super king size costing £1599 on 11 Sep 2025 together with the full two man delivery and assembly service at an extra £125, and it was delivered at the beginning of October. The two men who delivered and assembled the bed weren’t in the house for half an hour and after they had left I found the two units did not line up with each other (one was lower than the other) and a clip to join the two lids had not been fitted. Also the two lids when raised were not parallel but dipped in the middle. I had several email exchanges with Endurance Beds to try to ascertain what was wrong, culminating in a visit from the actual manufacturers (Mattisons Contract Beds of Ipswich) on 24th October. They failed to bring with them the necessary parts to ensure the two units lined up but did establish why the lids dipped in the middle. A further visit was arranged for after two new – and heavier - mattresses (not ordered from Endurance Beds) had been delivered. Their second visit did resolve our issues: it turned out that the glides under one base had been installed without the necessary sleeves and (after some trial and error) stronger gas springs needed to be fitted to the inner hinges to ensure the two lids did not dip in the middle. But as originally supplied the bed would not have performed as intended with the mattresses I’d bought.
All in all a pretty unsatisfactory experience – especially for the money. And when I enquired what the company proposed in mitigation their response was simply to apologise for the inconvenience and hope I’m now able to enjoy full use of the bed as designed! Fortunately I’m unlikely to be a repeat customer. And while our experience may have been atypical it’s unlikely I’d recommend them to anyone else.

The bed looks lovely and my grand daughter loves it too! The installers were very efficient and made a great job.

I had a custom bed made for one of my interior design projects for a client. Endurance beds were professional and helpful and the panels and base were finished perfectly and to the exact measurements provided. I look forward to working with Endurance in the future on projects.
