Eric was the most wonderful technician. He was so patient with me. He was amazing. He needs a promotion. Best customer service person I have every had.

Eric did a wonderful job fixing my problem. I am 80 , years old and know nothing this crap. He went out of his way to help an old man. You need to promote him because I know there are very few individuals who would have help me. Promote him and give him a big big raise. He is worth it!! He'll probably be running the company some day so be nice to him on his way up, you dont what to see him on you way down. Dallas Hugo

Ronny was very helpful. it is very helpful to have a "live" person helping you. it was also helpful that Ronny's english was very good. sometimes workers in call centers are difficult to understand. Ronny was faithful in returning calls.

He talked me through exactly what we needed to do to fix the duplicate charges and was able to get our account refunded for these duplicate charges

The agent was extremely knowledgeable and was very easy to work with. His instructions were easy to follow and it was obvious that he knew what to do for all the issues I had. Very great employee.

Ronnie handled our account. He was wonderful and very patient with us and deserves more than five stars. He helped solve our problem. We appreciate everything he did for us.

We did have the correct icon available. Alan worked with me until the problem was corrected.
