Great service
Great service. The team did a great job and deep clean of the areas, overall good attitude, cooperative with us and tried their best to accommodate the needs. Also brilliant customer service. Vanessa give me a lot of options and their prices and was able to send me all the information by the email. It turned out to be very easy to organise clean with them.
I WILL RECOMMEND THEN TO EVERYONE

Used this company to do an end of tenancy clean.
We had money withheld from our estate agent as the oven was not clean. We asked them to refund the costs (£30) they refused. They offered to reclean. How can they reclean if it is an end of tenancy clean.

As you make an appointment with us you are agreeing with certain company policies as we discussed over the emails.
Your service was carried out on the 17th of November, and your guarantee expired on the 20th of November, you received the notice from the estate agent on the 25th of November about the issue with the oven, but you did not inform us. If you had let us know, we would have resolved the issue, although your guarantee had expired.
You informed us on the 10th of December, asking for a refund of £30.00, even though you were charged only £16.00 for the oven cleaning, demanding to pay you not only for the oven cleaning but for the labour of the handyman and electrician and threaten us with a bad review not based on the real experience.
As we mentioned in our emails, we are not able to meet your request for a refund, as we were not informed about the issue in a timely manner so we can resolve it.
Although we prioritize customer satisfaction, we are unable to resolve the issue considering all mentioned above.

Really poor experience
Really poor experience! Though team worked all day, they had no attention to detail, I had to point out so many areas where things were still dirty and clean myself as they watched! As part of the service they do the sofa and beds but literally no improvement, even though they were not bad to start with, there machine is clearly not a professional one. Please do not use these cleaner, they are not awful but for what you pay for you may as well clean yourself, it’s nothing better than a wipe dow .

Disappointing Service and Lack of Accountability
I had a very negative experience with End of Tenancy London, and I strongly advise others to avoid their services. The end-of-tenancy cleaning they provided was extremely poor, leaving my landlord no choice but to hire another cleaner to finish the job. Unfortunately, this resulted in an additional deduction from my deposit, meaning I paid for the same cleaning twice.
To make matters worse, they unexpectedly added an extra charge, claiming that the flat needed to be pre-cleaned before they could start. This came as a complete surprise, given that I was hiring them for a deep clean.
Despite their promises, they failed to provide a receipt once the "clean" was completed. The checkout report from the landlord still mentioned dust, debris, smears, and stains—all left behind after their supposed thorough cleaning.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue, sending the report and following up with numerous emails. However, End of Tenancy London has repeatedly ignored my communications and refuses to take responsibility for their substandard service.
Given their blatant negligence and refusal to engage in any form of resolution, I am now in the process of taking legal action. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope others can avoid going through the same frustrating experience.

Please, bear in mind that every investigation takes time.
As we said in our previous email we care about customer satisfaction and although your guarantee expired on Monday, 2nd of September we were not aware of the situation in a matter of time, we conducted an investigation and looked into the inventory report, provided by you on Thursday, 5th of September.
Unfortunately, many of the things mentioned in it (walls, blinds, curtains, balcony) are additional services that we provide upon request and at an additional cost.

Would 100% recommend
I used End of Tenancy as I was moving out of my rented property. They turned up at the arranged time & were incredibly professional & methodical in cleaning the house. The end result was that my landlord was unable to find a reason to not give me my full deposit back, which is very rare when you are renting. I would definitely recommend them.

Awful company poor standards and do not reply to try and resolve any issues would not recommend at all I have called emailed and text multiple times with no reply now
My complaint is not closed as they claim they just stopped replying to me even though I followed through on all requests asked by them. I am not trying to “harm their reputation” as they say in their reply below I’m merely asking for the service I asked for to have been fulfilled and any issues dealt with. If they can come on here to reply why not reply to my calls, texts or emails where I am trying to resolve the issues.
