Excellent Support from NVQ Level 7 through to MCIOB Chartered Membership
Having successfully completed my NVQ Level 7 Diploma in Construction Senior Management with Endeavour Training, I have recently gone on to achieve MCIOB Chartered Construction Manager status through the CIOB Professional Review route.
Achieving Chartered Construction Manager status has been a significant career milestone, and I would like to thank Paul Kent and the entire Endeavour team for the support they provided throughout the journey.
From the outset, the guidance was professional, practical, and focused on helping candidates succeed. Paul's knowledge of both the NVQ process and the CIOB Professional Review requirements was invaluable. His feedback was clear, constructive, and always aimed at helping me present my experience and competencies in the strongest possible way.
What impressed me most was that the support did not stop once the NVQ had been completed. Paul and the wider Endeavour team continued to provide assistance throughout the Chartered Membership application process, reviewing submissions, answering questions promptly, and guiding me through each step right up to final submission.
After more than 35 years working in the construction industry, becoming a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) was an important professional achievement for me, and I genuinely appreciate the encouragement, support, and expertise provided by Endeavour along the way.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Endeavour Training to anyone pursuing the NVQ Level 7 route or working towards Chartered Membership with the CIOB.
Many thanks again to Paul Kent and the entire Endeavour team for helping me achieve both my NVQ Level 7 qualification and MCIOB Chartered Membership.

i have just competed my NVQ level 7 in…
i have just competed my NVQ level 7 in senior construction management, with this company , i have to say I'm not one for undertaking such a level of study while working at the same time , but both Paul's made this so easy the course material and teams sessions where very well laid out for easy of use and understanding, the assistance from the endeavour team was second to none, after completing this training i undertook the chance to apply through Endeavour for membership to the CIOB witch has also been accepted , I would recommend this company for any training you require. for sure a 5 star company.
