I recently completed my NVQ Level 7 in Construction Senior Management with Endauver and had a really good experience.
The assessors were easy to deal with and clearly understood the industry, which made putting the evidence together a lot more straightforward. Being able to use live projects I was already managing made a big difference as well, rather than it feeling like just another course.
Everything was flexible around work, and communication was always good, if I had any questions, they got back to me quickly.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend Endauver to anyone looking to do their NVQ alongside a full-time role. It worked well for me and was a smooth process from start to finish.

My experience with Endeavour Training…
My experience with Endeavour Training has been very positive. The NVQ Level 7 process is quite demanding, but with their support everything became much clearer and more structured.
What I appreciate the most is the quick communication and clear, practical guidance on what exactly needs to be improved or completed. No unnecessary talk – just straight instructions that actually help you move forward.
Another big advantage is their flexible approach and understanding that you are working full-time on site and don’t always have time for paperwork. They guide you step by step without putting unnecessary pressure on you.
Thanks to them, I now clearly understand what needs to be done to complete my NVQ7 and move forward towards MCIOB.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to complete NVQ Level 7 and needs solid, professional support.
