I cant rate this company enough. The products that I have bought from them are fantastic. The quality and colours are 100% beautiful. Charlotte and her husband are genuine people. I can't understand where these negative reviews have come from. There are alot if jealous people out there that do not like to see other people doing well. I along with many more will back this comment up. Keep going guys

Ordered many times from here and I cannot fault the quality of the clothing for the price. Everything I have ordered has always arrived ahead of schedule. Fantastic company, highly recommend!

There customer service sucks they dont retuen customers email for order 16361

Bought a coat which arrived very creased. They were unapologetic,dismissive and rude in their response, stating I should expect it to look like that.

I wouldn't buy from these unscrupulous pair again even if my life depended on it.
Considering their religious beliefs I didn't think they'd lie, but here they are, they both lie and they get their staff to lie too.
I purchased a co-ord from them which on opening the package realised the colour wasn't going to match what I was intending it for, (plus it felt and looked like cheap polyester) so I put it back in a brand new parcel bag and returned it the very same day.
The following week I noticed that my refund wasn't credited so I messaged customer chat. I knew from reading previous reviews that they blame people's dogs, perfumes, holes in garments etc for the reason they deny refunds so I told them that the item was returned in perfect condition, I don't have pets and I don't wear perfumes. The customer chat said that the item smelt of damp and they couldn't resell it. What absolute balloney. It was in my home for less than an hour. I pride myself on how clean my house is and I knew that they'd spring another lie up so as not to give me my refund, but damp? Pleeeeeease lol!
Anyway, Tiktok sided with me and I received a full refund from them. The tiktok representative even admitted that they had never seen so many refunds refused by one shop before. That comment spoke volumes.
I've seen first hand how they slag off the people who dare to question them on their lives and their cult followers pile on. It's damn right bullying and calling someone out by their full name on their live is doxxing and illegal.
Keep an eye on their one star reviews because this will happen again, I can guarantee it.

I have had nothing but issues with this brand and want my experience to be heard by as many people as I can. I got accused of washing an item and spraying another item with perfume. These are false allegations. They also went on to call me malicious, ignore messages and say I have damaged items. This is unacceptable I have never ever came across a brand like this before that treats their customers like this. I am telling the truth I would not waste my time if I’m lying about this. Read the reviews on different platforms the same will come up ‘returned heavily in perfume or washed’. It’s a scam of theirs to keep the item and for you not to get your money back. It’s unacceptable to be treating customers like this. I’m not the only one. I’d say buy at your own risk like I did. I read the bad reviews and thought okay maybe these are people lying and they’ve worn out and then I returned an item I never even tried on and it happened to me. I was so taken aback I’m just a normal working girl and to try and get scammed like this has never happened to me. People need to be aware and seriously buy at your own risk as I never thought it would happen to me and it did. They also decided to expose my full name on a live and I’m sure that’s against gdpr rules/regulations.
To add the material isn’t great it is cheap quality but so is the price. Items often come with threat hanging off and then you return and they accuse you of damaging! I had to video myself twice opening and repacking it back up incase they try accusing me again. I never thought I’d have to do that it really is unacceptable.

I ordered a skirt which i immediately didn’t like on unpacking. I didn’t even try the skirt on but was refused a refund after there was a mark on the skirt which was utter nonsense. This site is a scam and obviously does not like to refund items. I have never had this issue with any other company and I think the mark was created so a refund would not be given . Worst company ever

Ordered a jumper it arrived with a hole in it offered a 10% refund couldn't return. After washing the writing faded and I've later seen it's happened to many people who bought the same item. Don't buy much from them anymore but do recommend the maddison set. Date is a rough one as can't remember exactly

wouldn’t even bother with them. their quality of clothing is awful. i purchased a coat and noticed one of the draw strings was snapped. i emailed through regarding and they offered a 10% refund to go get the coat fixed. it isn’t good enough it isn’t my fault and shouldn’t of happened. i wanted to return the coat but they aren’t allowing it. save your time and hassle. i wouldn’t bother.

Really bad quality of items.
Bought two sets of light grey tracksuits for 19.99£ And both of them after washing changed colour. It looks now like it's not even a tracksuits. The colour of the sweatshirt became really bright grey almost blueish and the pants look like dirty grey absolutely different colour compare one to other. Looks disgusting. So yeah guys really bad quality for that price.

This company is very unprofessional. I order from them on October 20th and is now 11/13/24 and the status still says pre-shipment. I email them and all I get is that the order was received, and they are working on it. This is the worst store I have ever order from.

Terrible company. I wanted the coat. Royal Mail didn’t deliver it and it was sent back even though I explained to Glamdoll I couldn’t hit the button to get it redelivered. When they got the coat back they refused to give me the full amount back. Do not use this company.

Absolutely disgusted with this unprofessional rip off company. I sent 3 items back as sizing was to small only to get an email saying they will refund 1 items being the cheapest which were legging but the other 2 items were sets they said one set had a hole in and the other set had a mark on !!!
The sets had no such thing they were sent back EXACTLY how they arrived then I never picked up my email untill later which says I would have to pay £5 to either send them back out to me or they would get rid of them as they were damaged.
What a horrible SCAMMING COMPANY they are I would NEVER order from this company again STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!
