AVOID!!!

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still got nothing. Emailed them, join their tik tok live. Nothing. Just been told over and over to contact the courier (weird,no other business do this.) Going through my bank for a refund. Awful customer service.

The clothes i bought came in under 2 days and they are so nice x made my birthday even better thank you glam doll x

AVOID!! Ordered a few items 20/02/2023 for a birthday grift and still not received my order, I have contacted them numerous times for them to come back and say that they needed to contact the courier to raise an investigation, this was over a week ago. I have since emailed them 3 times snd they are not responding to my emails. I have paid for goods I have not received. To not even acknowledge my emails speaks volumes on their customer service. I will not be ordering again! I have been a loyal customer for over a year.

Ordered from here a few times now.. never had a problem.. clothes have washed well perfect fit.. really like the clothes

Ordered of tiktok shop, ordered items of their live. I ordered the blazer and the stone coloured tracksuit, both in small and tracksuit is too big for me, I’m a size 10 and I’d easily say this tracksuit would fit a 12-14 it’s very comfortable and would happily sit indoors but wouldn’t go out, maybe sizes need to be looked at properly as they are not accurate. I’m not complaining as brought of flash sale and got a bargain for £10 but for future reference I wouldn’t buy another one.

I made an order for cable co ord set with two other co ord sets. It came and i tried it on.im no bigger than model on website it looked so badly made. Not even the same colour i had ordered. It was easily made in china & resold double priced. The top was half the length of the photo it was a joke. I have emailed customer service twice& been ignored. DO NOT USE CON WEBSITE.PRODUCTS NOTHING LIKE PHOTO ON WEBSITE.

Ordered a coat and a pair of leggings, got an email from royal mail to say it will be delivered Sat 28th January, waited a few days and still nothing so I contacted the glam doll facebook page who where somewhat helpful in saying if it hasn't arrived in a few days they will open a case with royal mail, next day royal mail put a note through my door to say the seller hasn't paid full postage and to pay £3.50 so I sent them a pic of the note, they read it and didn't reply, I already paid £4.99 for delivery, my lovely husband took it upon himself to pay the delivery for I would have left it and let royal mail delivery it back to them for a refund, joke of a company won't be ordering again.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered a pair of boots which never arrived, they said they would open a case against Royal Mail, which they did and it concluded the boots weren’t even delivered to the same country I ordered them to! Either the postage address was put down wrong or they disputed the wrong order number but they then just stopped replying to my emails altogether. I have emailed so many times and received 0 response from them. In the end, I had to go through my bank for a charge back. Imagine ignoring your paying customers for a mistake you’ve made, it’s disgusting. Avoid at all costs

I ordered a Emily padded fur coat and paid extra for next day delivery, upon wearing it for a very short while the same day the loop that was hooked onto the button that holds the fur on came away randomly..I emailed them and was told to take a pic which I did I then received an email bk stating that they don’t refund and as I stated it was faulty and that I wanted a refund they said if it was unworn and tags still attached I can send it back and it will be checked..I emailed them bk stating I wanted a refund and the reply was that because I have worn it I can’t and to send it bk second class recorded and they will check if it’s a manufacturing fault or not..or I can have 20% off to get it repaired and I stated it will cost more than that with the way prices are at the moment.. or they will get it repaired themselves and return it to me…angry at this response I emailed them back as basically they are accusing me of the fault on the coat.disgusting and appalling service as to how they go about it..will never purchase from them again.

Bought a few track suits and they all came in great condition, there all very comfortable aswell, can’t wait to order more and in the summer x

Ordered a coat on Friday 30th and it’s just been delivered today (3rd). Really pleased with the quality of the coat didn’t realise it’s fleece lined.
Delighted with the speedy service and how much I love the coat! I will be buying more from this website in future!

Ordered 23 dec, still not arrived, sent several msgs and emails, heard nothing back from them, just an automated msg,saying the same thing, not good customer service at all

everyhing was to standard lovely material and love the fur
