Empower Energy Ltd Recensioni

Empower were great from start to finish. Initially i had quotes from three providers. Their surveyor, Rob, provided a written quote, backed up by a video explaining the renderings and how it would all look, they quickly followed up by a site visit where we agreed where everything would fit and more importantly, how we could future proof our installation for expansion if we do desire. Booking us in was easy and painless and communication was outstanding throughout. We agreed a date, were told that scaffolding would go up three days before and would be taken down 3 days after. Everything ran to time and sure enough we were clear of scaffolding within 8 days from start to finish. The installation was conducted over two days and was done in a tidy and professional manner. It is rare to get a company who does exactly what they say at every stage, but Empower delivered and we were left really impressed and with a fully working and installed solar system and battery.

Have been working with Empower for over 12 years now. They installed our first 50kWp system at G W Martin in 2013 which did exactly what they promised. They've since expanded it to a 240kWp system which now provides over 30% of our factory's annual electricity.

They've also done a great job upgrading our domestic system to 8kW and added a battery. Would strongly recommend.

The work was planned well, we were given all helpful information, and carried out efficiently.

Dear Megan,

I can't recall receiving such a detailed report before now.

Your engineer was very polite and seemingly extremely efficient.

I enjoy your excellent customer friendly approach, and I am impressed with the whole set up!!

Thank you.

Kind regards,

Great service for the solar installation from start to finish. The initial survey was very clear and we were kept updated. The installation team came as planned and completed the work within 48 hours.

Large commercial solar project delivered on time and to a very high standard. Mark and James communicated everything clearly and professionally and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others for similar projects.

We had a 20 panel and battery installation from another firm installed in January 2024. It had never worked properly due to a poor electrician. I called Empower and Rob turned up. Rob was knowledgable, courteous and listened to the issues. Most importantly he found and solved the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending Empower.

Excellent job by Maciej who both helped change over all the devices for a new WiFi set up and services and sorted out a small problem he found in the meter wiring.

Thank you to Luke and Vitali from Empower Energy for an excellent job today for us at Artura Construction. They both did a great job and were very knowledgeable about the installation and explained what they were doing and worked well alongside our other contractors, so thank you and we highly recommend them.

You get the personal touch from the MD, Planner/coordinator and the install team.

I had my original panels and battery installed about 6 years ago from Empower and I didn’t even think of any other company when I needed some panels re-sighting due to an extension.

Just perfect all the way through and did a fantastic job.

I would not look anywhere else. Thank you Ryan, Shelly and James.

Great service from Empower from start to finish. Super happy with my solar panels and battery. Highly recommend the company. If there was any improvements that could be made would be to conduct quotation appointments on Saturdays, to accommodate more people.

Would like to thank Chris for an excellent install.

Really excellent service from the quote to installation. Was amazed at how quickly the installation was arranged.
Would thoroughly recommend.

Just had an Eddie fitted . 25th Feb,
Really quick job, fitted easily with no drama. Very professional fitter , to my shame I didn’t ask his name , to be fair , he didn’t tell me , so sorry about that !
Great job well explained. Gave me lots of confidence.
Well done .

Empower Energy very competently cleared out jackdaw nests from underneath our existing PV array, cleaned the panels installed additional panels, bird guards and a battery. The team of 4 were personable, explaining what they were doing as they went
along. They left us a very neat and tidy installation and the Tesla app set up for our particular needs.

Empower clearly know what they are doing and I would highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable professional and extremely helpful. The report followed quickly after the survey and was clear and concise. The installation of the panels and the electrical system went smoothly by a team of 4 people who clearly knew exactly what they were doing working efficiently and cleanly. They were also very helpful in showing us how the system works. We have a slate roof which I wondered whether this would be more problematic but there were no issues. I had limited expectations of how much we would achieve from Solar panels in an extremely grey February but have been extremely surprised already by how much power they generate. Overall very happy to recommend Empower. They are a great team.

Carl, James, Adam, Luke, Jay and Rob from Empower Energy have just finished my solar install. Immaculate job, clean, tidy, rapid and professional. Great communication throughout the whole job. Thorough handover of how all the components work. Pleasure working with you fellas and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ben Watts of Empower gave excellent help on a technical problem I had. Excellent Knowledge of the systems. Thoroughly recommend the company
