Classic bait and switch
Classic bait and switch. After waiting several weeks to receive the lovely, flowing dresses I ordered, I unpackaged a of couple potato sacks. I don’t understand the good reviews. Design not as advertised, return shipping is not covered and not worth the expense. I’m down more than a hundred dollars because I can’t wear these two ugly, polyester “dresses”.

Buyer Beware. Misrepresentation of merchandise and store location. “Knitted sweater” is polyester with a design screen-printed. Not a real business in Boston, no US address, request to refund merchandise for misrepresentation on website must be DHL to China.

Very disappointing, bad quality, look and feel cheap
I can't say the same. I feel it's a lot of things that I have to do in order to return that were not clear before, after being disappointed with the quality of the product having to deal with such long email back and forth, time frame to return starting from the day I received the product instead of the day return was approved, the need of sending pictures of the product, printing and paying for labels and tracking, having to go in person to return and wait for 7 days after they receive the product to have money back. It's a lot that could be avoided with better customer care.
Very disappointing.

The clothes are great and the company is wonderful to deal with. The clothes may run a bit smaller than expected, but they are well made and beautiful. Just be sure to order a large enough size.
