This company is not from Boston. It is a Chinese company. I ordered a size medium blazer. It came with no labels or tags at all, not even a tag stating what material it was. It is the cheapest fabric you can buy, was sewn very poorly and they want me to pay for shipping it back, which will cost more than the blazer. SCAM

Its junk made in china, shocking. You can't return, won't get your money back, have to mail it to china on your own dime. the clothing is junk and the shoes are made of foam.... terrible.

This was the first time ordering from this company. I was very pleased with the quality of my dresses and the speed at which they arrived. I would definitely order from them again.

Love the dress.well made. Fabric seems to be nice . Haven’t worn it yet. Will do next weekend. Only problem is it took forever to get to me !!

Quality of clothing

Item I received looked nothing like the pictured item on website. Description on line said 100% wool. When I looked for fabric content label it was cut out of garment ! The feel of the fabric would lead me to say maybe it is a polyester and definitely not luxurious wool as described in the website. The whole cut of the garment is poorly done. It is not what I expected and I will never buy from Emma and Jack again as this company is obviously a fraud/scam. The return must be at my expense and sent back to China at a cost greater than the item itself(which was $60.00). The return instructions are all in English EXCEPT for the return fee. All very deceptive. Don't bother with trying to call the telephone number listed. There is no answer--always busy. Do not waste your hard earned dollars on this company.

This is a fake site. There is no Emma and Jack and no they are not moving to Spain. This company is based out of Hong Kong and is a rip off.

The sweater I ordered was nothing like the picture and they don’t allow returns. They did suggest an exchange but that’s not what I wanted.

I have ordered twice with the shoes coming from China so I am unsure of stateside storefronts going out of business, however, the three pairs of shoes are of excellent quality, super cute, and so very, very comfortable. Unfortunately, a birth condition has resulted in seven surgeries, Fit and comfort are essential and style a luxury.

Item was wrong fit. Materials were cheap and not what was advertised.

This is not a legitimate boutique from Boston. They are selling cheep ugly knock-offs. The sweater I received was nothing like the quality of the photo. I read about the company before ordering and I was persuaded to order because it looked legit. I wonder if there is a real Emma & Jack Boston boutique that got hacked? Who knows. Beware of this Chinese bait and switch scam.

Stay away. Crooks!

Item received was terribly cheap fabric - nothing like the picture.

To return would have cost $161 via their link to DHL.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Believe me, Emma and Jack are not from Boston, they are from China.

When it took 45 days to receive my order, and then the items we all cheap looking and didn’t fit (of course being from china- which you can’t find on their website. I tried to start a return and they wanted to charge me shipping back to china ir keep items and pay shipping. HUH? Went back and forth for weeks with them. Promising to help but never followed through. I submitted a dispute with my credit card and provided all documentation that they didn’t help with a resolution. Then they ghosted me. I apparently didn’t have enough documentation to dispute so they declined.
Bottom line, unless you know where it’s coming from…. China…. And are ok with it, don’t order from this horrible cheap products. Now I’m out $150 for nothing I can use

My daughter saw a beautiful shoe on their website, so we ordered them. I started getting a little nervous when I realized they were being shipped from China. My fears were confirmed as what arrived was the worst knock off of a beautiful shoe I have ever seen. It fit terrible, it looked awful and was so cheap and uncomfortable. DO NOT ORDER! This is a scam website pretending to sell high quality shoes for great prices, when actually they are steep prices for the cheapest, ugliest shoes, ex ever.

The product fits well and I love the way it fits me. Best of all it is a wonderful fabric with a soft feel and though it flows nicely it is still substantial.
Ordering was easy. I assumed the product was coming from mainland China so I was prepared for the length of time for delivery. I guess I’m spoiled by Amazon.
