Eminent Surveyors Recensioni

Due to external factors I needed a quick turn around. They were the extra mile to get the survey done in a timely manner which enabled be to proceed.

David communicated clearly and well with us arriving to carry out the review of our property on time and producing his report the same day.

Nothing to fault

I asked David to carry out a major defects survey ahead of a house purchase - his support was fantastic throughout. Very responsive, very professional and always affable. I have no hesitate in recommending David to anyone looking for surveying support.

David Dovey-Walker was absolutely great from the start. Very helpful, very easy to talk to and very professional. The survey he suggested was exactly what we wanted. The survey arrived by email as requested within a couple of days of the survey itself. We were really pleased with the layout, the detail, and the way he had explained everything in layman's language with very clear photographs of particular bits that needed attention and really useful suggestions as to what might need doing/considering before exchange of contracts plus he said we could phone him if we needed to clarify anything (but that wasn't necessary). I highly recommend David. I don't think you could do better. Thank you David, much appreciated.

💯% Highly recommend. Honest. Reliable. Detailed report. Thank you.

We are very happy with the service we have had from David at Eminent Surveyors. From the moment we instructed him to carry out a building survey on a Grade II listed property David has been helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He was accommodating in rearranging due to unforeseen issues with the purchase and has continued to provide helpful advice in a timely way. The survey itself was produced within a couple of days of the site visit, presented in clear and helpful format. We have no plans to move again but if we do we will certainly be requesting another survey carried out by David. Highly recommend.

David recently carried out a major defect survey for us on a property we're purchasing. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Very friendly and helpful, reasonably priced, very detailed and easy report to read produced quickly after the survey and David was really helpful chatting through the outcomes of the survey afterwards too. We would most definitely book David again. Thank you

David recently carried out a survey for us on a cottage we are looking to buy. David responded quickly to our initial enquiry and we also received the Report within a couple of days of the survey. I asked David if he could phone me with some feedback immediately following his visit to the property which he did, as promised, and he was very willing to discuss any specific concerns we had about the property. Subsequently, I have approached David for other information and he has been more than happy to help. I would not hesitate in recommending Eminent Surveyors for a great service!
