Meroza Wellington. Still waiting for my refund for the dreadful articles of clothing. When I said I wanted to return them they began offering discounts, up to 50%. Then said if I paid to have them returned and showed proof of this (which I did) a refund would immediately be given. As there were several items it cost me $$$.Still waiting. Absolute rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This saga ended with me in fact getting a full refund, this took a very long time, and cost me an exorbitant amount in postage to return the goods.

Don't waste your money or time.
Their products are nothing like what you are see online

Size is not big either like the picture and they are in China not in Wellington so dishonest 👿. Places like this let others down and no trust in buying from people like these.

Dress arrived within a couple of weeks but is definitely not cotton as advertised and is labelled size small but is more a medium - large.
No options to return or exchange and I won't even try after reading other reviews. I should have been more "on to it"😕

To me this company is a shocker. The website is professional and implies NZ company origin. As far as I can tell it is just another Chinese online site and the product I ordered was not the size advertised and I had to pay $15 to reorder a different size. I had already sunk $89 on the initial purchase so felt I had no choice (spend another $15 and hopefully get correct size or just give away the original $89 and learn from it). Having said that I did receive a product and the company responded promptly to my complaint about incorrect sizing. But I will never buy from them again and I have since noticed that there are several companies adverting as XXXWellington and they seem to be the same. I had been lulled into a false sense of security in the first place by the returns policy etc. I have bought quite a few products from Temu and have had zero problems. If I plan on buying from China it will be through Temu.

Very disappointed with myself for falling for this. Thinking I was buying from NZ. Poor quality dress.

So you now admitted that you have no store or facility in New Zealand and got your Depo next to your factory that clearly states that you are producing goods in your factory to ship out to people who are buying of your fake website here in New Zealand stating you are trading out of New Zealand...
You are telling me now that you are scammed me by selling me a product your produced by knowing it is not what you have advertised and I have now the responsibility to return the goods under your concision to regain %15 of my money and give the goods to friends and family?

You said I would get a leather Jacket If I pay for as you advertised for the item as being real leather and you would deliver as advertised, at this point you know that you are not sending out what you have advertised meaning you knew that your product is not what you have advertised, send out a fake product to profit on false advertising.

Refund me my money you scammed me out off, your terms and concisions do not apply when you are committing a crime...

If you think this is respected behavior and legit operation in your culture/country doing business with other parties go ahead and scam your own people but you are taking it outside your country which just reconfirms that Chinese Culture is NOT to be respected and it confirms the hate people got towards Chinese people throughout the world...
I have contacted the Chinese Ambassy here in New Zealand and I am sure I don't here from them or they would confirm that I have been scammed by Chinese and would not care...

I will do my best to show NZ what you are about as a trader in New Zealand under the free trade agreement which by the way should not include Chinese operations in NZ operating to scam New Zealanders, does your tour government know about you operations here in New Zealand? Do your government know that your are selling faked advertised products to New Zealanders? Do your government know that you are getting away with your scamming operation? If your government is aware and is covering you, well done on the Chinese Culture and People and government to tell us in indirect words your culture and history is also fake and that makes sense...
It is a shame that thousands of years of Chinese history only reflects into Chinese culture being fraudsters, scammers, drug sheets in sports, and the list can go on...

Please see order number in subject line. I should not had ordered from you store as your store is not in Wellington NZ and you are using a NZ Domain but are actually not in New Zealand but in China. I have purchased a Leather Jaket and I am sure once the order

A rubbish shirt with no label and overpriced! Not from Wellington I guess maybe China

Don't buy anything from this company. I brought a jacket from them. Came straight from China! Took awhile to get here. When it finally got here the sewing on the sherpa jacket was terrible! Some of the sherpa was showing through up by the hood, and in front by the pockets. It definitely wasn't worth the $109 that I paid for it. Then when I tried to return it and get a refund, they told me that it would be impossible to return it to their warehouse in China in it's posted condition. So, they refunded me a pathetic $16.95 😤. The jacket looks cheap!

Emily Wellington are not based in NZ.
Their websites sell that they are a New Zealand company however once you order your tracking says it’s coming from China.
Products are sub quality, not real leather.
Shoes are slim foot fitted and are not comfortable.
Bag I purchased broke when I undid the clip to open it.

The communication with them has been terrible. It took over 2 months to receive an order with only 2 of my emails replied to when I chased it up.

They did send me a replacement as my original order appeared lost which I thought was helpful however that’s all I’ve received.

I’ve contacted them about the faulty bag, nothing resolved as yet.

Do not order from them if you’re after a NZ quality product as you will be quite disappointed with what you receive, if you receive it.

Straight up: it's a scam. Not worth even 1 star.You'll be ripped off by Emily-Wellington, which is actaully based in China and doesn't sell quality goods as advertised. Be wary of companies like this using a name like Emily Wellington or Vivian Auckland etc . Check their web-site and don't be fooled if it looks legit. Is there an email address? It definitely wont be a .co.nz email address. It won't help; they will fob you off with all kinds of excuses. Is there a phone number? If not, it's a scam. If there is, try calling them; you'll find it's fake and/or. not connected.

Bought a pair of boots from Emily Wellington. They didn't look at all like those on the website. Size was also wrong. Asked for a refund.
Instead was sent a second pair in correct size which didn't come with laces!
I have asked multiple times for an address to send both sets of boots back for a refund but no reply.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EMILY WELLINGTON. Better to buy from Temu. Same quality.

This company is also known as Milla Wellington I bought an expensive pair of navy leather sandals which were supposed to be made in NZ from them , a pair of yellow brown plastic shoes arrived and they keep fobbing me off saying they have to "investigate" when i have sent them.a photo of what was received

What a scam deserves 0 stars

I ordered their orthotic boots which took a while to arrive and were the wrong colour and size. To their credit they told me to keep them and then sent the correct ones out and they are sturdy and as advertised. I do feel deceived though by it coming from China, so cannot give a higher rating than 3. I won’t buy from them again because of the deception.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered what was supposed to be a leather jacket with a thermal lining, it was not leather and had no thermal lining. Company offered me discounts to keep their sh***y product. The cost of return is significant because you have to ship back to overseas. I’m fuming. Normally more careful but this one snuck by my bullsh*t radar.

I also wished I'd checked reviews before ordering as the website looked legit. Boots did arrive, slightly smaller than website stated but they do just fit me. Poor quality, I'm happy I didn't pay full price for them but they're def not worth the amount I did pay! I had very low expectations of what would arrive after reading the reviews here and the boots were a bit better than what I anticipated but were def not the quality that the website stated. Also I never received a confirmation email of my order.

This company by its name implies it is a New Zealand based company. It is NOT. I bought a shirt off one of their Facebook adds. The sizing is completely up the shoot. Size XL is normally comfortable for me but the size delivered, while marked XL, was more like M. An uncomfortable tight fit. My complaints were answered by standardized wording and my subsequent specific follow ups were ignored,
