I placed an order on December 12th and received an email the same day stating that my order would be sent to their printing company, then shipped to me. I've reached out multiple times since then (now Jan 5th) and have yet to receive a response from Our Icons about the status of my order. Initially, I was giving them the benefit of the doubt due to holidays and am hopeful things will turn around!

My order should have been delivered in 4-5 days, and after 7 days I don't even have a tracking number... There is no customer assistance and after 2 emails still no answer... I started the refund enquiry on Paypal. Avoid this website

2 weeks passed and I got no reply or confirmation from the vendor

Very disappointed. Ordered a print on the 23rd of Feb for a bday gift. I have yet to receive the item nor have I heard anything from the sender. I have emailed and sent messages on their facebook and instagram page where I haven’t heard anything from there either!
I have no clue if I’m getting my order or not and if I request a refund I doubt I will hear from them regarding that either. I would prefer the picture rather than a refund due to it being a gift but now I am out of pocket and have to source a present elsewhere which probably won’t get here in time now.

Really really dissapointed. Prints looked great on the website, but problems started right after the payment. More than a month to received the parcel, the quality of the prints is really poor and again nearly one month to receive the refund. Very excited at the beginning, but can't recommend the website.

Ordered with frames, arrived without frames, but the company immediately refund me the amount of the frames.

I have yet to receive my order, but I have emailed twice asking about updates for my order and have heard nothing. I understand orders like this can take time but I do not appreciate the lack of communication.

Didn’t arrive on time. No costumer support. Still waiting what to do to get the purchase.

Updating my previous review, after talking to the vendor via Whatsapp, the delivery was successfully delivered and the product was perfect.
I dont give 5 stars just because it was difficult to get in touch with the vendor

I made the order 24 november. I did not receive a confirmation email. Nor have I received my purchase.. not fun! It is a gift for a friend..would not recommend ordering from this website.

I have ordered over 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive confirmation of shipment and reached out multiple times without any definitive response.

The item was delivered in one week, but i haven't received any comunications after the buy!
In my box there were 3 prints of the image i've selected! (But i think the price Is High for a stamp)
