Few weeks back I purchase it some cookie boxes from Emenac Packaging, honestly this was the best purchase I ever made it. Alina was so awesome and she made my boxes the way I want it, and she send them over by the time I needed the most. Seriously best company ever for packaging I love those cookie boxes and my customers also love them, and all this was help from Alina she is super brilliant and she always keep an eye for smallest details, honestly l got no words to say how awesome these boxes are. Thank you so much Alina for making my shopping experience so awesome and most definitely i will be coming back, seriously if anyone of you need some help with the packaging Alina is the best person to reach out for, thank you Alina, am looking forward for my next purchase:))

The Emenac rep was very helpful in assisting me to create a product that will help me in my business.
I was initially confused by the design criteria and the person was able to listen to what I needed and co-create a product from there. He was available when I needed help and was prompt with responses to my queries.

So far not so good, will update this review if I actually get my order tomorrow (Been waiting over 1 month). They keep promising and not delivering

UPDATE:
I received my order late despite multiple promises from them that they could deliver on time. On top of that, I ordered magnetic boxes, half of them don't close properly because the measurements are off and the magnets aren't strong enough to keep the box closed. Was happy with initial box sample but full sized order was not functional and not what I expected for the price, especially considering they are not actually based in the UK as the website and company title may like you to believe. They are dropshipping from Pakistan with low quality for a high price.

They also ignore you if their quality is not up to scratch or if there are problems with your order and you will have to repeatedly chase them for a response. I ordered the same product from an overseas supplier and the quality far surpasses Emenac.

Will not be ordering again and would advise others not to waste their time and money. It won't take 3 weeks as stated, it will take 1 month+, may as well order from overseas.

I recently worked with Emenac Packaging to create the packaging box for our mouth sprays. The end result was a beautiful, high-quality packaging that perfectly showcased our product.
During the process, there was a misprint that arose from a miscommunication on both sides. However, Emenac Packaging went above and beyond to rectify the error promptly and professionally. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout our collaboration.
One area where I believe Emenac Packaging could improve is in explaining their sign-off process more clearly to avoid miscommunication in the future. Nonetheless, this did not detract from the overall positive experience.
I would like to give a special mention to Alina, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Her dedication and attention to detail were instrumental in ensuring the success of our packaging project.

This was our first experience with any Company outside the USA. It also was a new product that we had zero experience with before. Very promptly after my first inquiry to Emenac, Paul Hodge contacted me by email, and we began to develop a very smooth level of communication. We did everything through emails. Paul was extremely helpful in everything from the design phase thoughout the project and until the last shipment was in our hands. He followed through on everything along the way and kept me posted on every step. The custom slipcase that Paul designed for us is a beautiful product, of high quality, and our first deliveries to our customers brought very positive remarks. From sending the original idea request, to being assisted with the design specifics and material finish, to receiving the final product - I don’t think I have ever had such a smooth business experience.

I still can’t believe how fast the responses and answers were. Fantastic advice and the end product better than I was expecting! Possibly the strongest part of my product idea so far and I will absolutely be using Emenac again regardless!

Emenac have been responsible for our brands packaging for over 2 years now, items always arrive in a quick manner, with excellent communication from Henry. Whenever we have any issues they are also quickly resolved and dealt with :)

Awful experience! Went through the chat and designed a box. After I paid the representative disappear for half an hour conveniently after I paid. for a tea break - yes tea break can you believe? when the artwork hadn’t even been sent and the work that was going to be carried out wasn’t confirm or had artwork sent yet. I then asked to cancel my order where I then go nothing but going round in circles with the same guy saying he went for a tea. This is 6:30pm mind you. After having an unsuccessful refund I closed the chat and had to open a dispute with PayPal. Then the manager emailed me and said he had to take mental health medicine - doesn’t excuse the half hour break or just leaving a customer on the line. And said he can’t refund me. I had to then open a PayPal dispute to which I got no reply to by these sellers apart form an email saying it’s complicated to refund it can take 8-10 business days to refund you. 10 business days later (2 full weeks no reply or refund on the PayPal case I had to escalate it to be mediated with PayPal who are now reviewing the case. There was no effort to refund me quite frankly they was obviously hoping I would forget about it and they could take the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am yet to get my money back still as PayPal are reviewing it. I have now all found out THEY MAKE YOUR BOXES FORM A FACTORY IN CHINA THEN DELIVER THEM TO YOU. Save yourself some time and go on Alibaba and get it cheaper yourself. These guys are unprofessional, unnegotiable and expensive liars. Do not use them.

Really Great Customer Service, easy to get in touch with our account manager Henry, he replied fast and helped efficiently with any queries I had! Delivery was faster than expected, and we were on a tight deadline! Definitely would recommend, the prices were reasonable as well, we got bespoke magnetic boxes built, and they were heavy and felt good quality, we will definitely be using them for future orders!
