Very disappointed I wish I had looked into reviews more before making my purchase, my expectations of the dress that was advertised on this site did not match, the material was a let down and poorly made plus the packaging wasnt great.
Returning item was a huge dilemma with a bigger cost on my end, held up at customs....finally arrived at warehouse located in China, and here I thought this Dress was from an Australian Company.
After multiple emails sent and a few replys I was expecting to receive a refund....no Surprise there I'm still waiting. I do have documentation, copies, photos with the Merchant, Australia Post, Afterpay etc... proof on my end I've believe ive done everything right as a customer in the returns policy. Purchased item 20th May 2025 and still waiting from my refund.....

Absolute scam. Item never received and no way of getting a refund.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It’s a scam.. they take your money and never send the dress and just create a tracking number the day after you order with zero intention of sending anything. The photos are stolen from other fashion labels.

Worst experience ever! I waited 49 days for the dress i ordered. Have sent 4 emails wanting return address, refund, absolute NO REPLY!

Do not purchase a thing from here they say the will issue a refund but i am still waiting on a refund from May, its now 4th September. Have receipt from Aus post, apparently dress arrived in China, to be sent back to Australia, now its being sent back to China from Australia because the company failed to accept the parcel? After many emails this company would not chase dress with courier in China and i couldnt do anything my end as it had left Australia, now they are simply not even replying to any of my emails.

All dresses are cheaply made and the hassle is just not worth it, stay away from these scammers.

I ordered my dress on the 28 May and haven't received it. It's now early September.
Followed up numerous times RE shipping and was given multiple different excuses about "sale periods" or "almost scanned".
Now they haven't said anything since the beginning of August.
I'm going to launch action with my bank and also any other trade website way I can.

Do not order from these people. Emilia the label is an online website and upfront customer service that did “appear” legitimate even after I asked them questions about where they were based and ever the product would be sent from.

However, despite ordering two identical dresses (one in white and the other in lilac)in May 2025, only the lilac dress arrived.
It’s now August 2025 and 50 emails later with “”customer service” who promise to “”look into it””” to “send the missing dress” I have no response: no dress and they have stolen $180 and they have now disappeared. Probably only to re-appear as another scam business. I cannot understand how we can feel confident to buy online - there must be some more stringent protocols to safeguard the general public from this blatant daylight robbery.

Bought a dress, tried to track it and the website said wasn’t working please come back. Have waited weeks, dress hasn’t arrived! No communication. Wish I look at reviews beforehand!!!!! SCAM!

UPDATE: It actually arrived today! After months of harassing them but never got a single reply.
The dresses that I bought were expensive, and I was shocked to see the material and the cut! Nothing like what the website described. It’s so cheap and didn’t even have a tags, looks like it was made in a backyard shed! It’s absolutely disgusting! Can’t even contact cause website is down and even if I do email them I highly doubt they will reply!

It’s a complete scam!
I ordered the dress almost 2 months ago and they’ve given me excuse after excuse and now I demand a refund they are ignoring me.
Do not buy from them!!!

Huge scam, didn't receive my item and was still charged. No one responds to my emails and I can't get to the website now.

If I could rate this a zero, I would. Purchased a dress (obviously without finding reviews first) 1 week ago. Thought it was weird I hadn’t not received tracking information. Tried the website, website is down. No response to emails. Tried instagram messaging, blocked me. So incredibly frustrating, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Totally a scam

Stay away from this scammer! After 2 months of them telling me the parcel will arrive, tracking number link is scam, emails not responded to and they blocked me on Instagram. You can easily report to your bank and CAA and get your money back. You need to report as a scam. It’s a drainer but funds will be reversed

I've been attempting to seek a refund for over 2 months now, this business are complete scam artists. My initial return request took about 5 emails of disagreeing with all their discount offers. Then no response for over a month even though I sent a dress back by express post (which also cost me). Many months later after my many emails following up, my refund was finally confirmed on 23/07/2025 I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REFUND.

Ordered a dress 3 months ago. Still have not received and has not been shipping. This is a business that sells cheap knock off dresses from China to make profit. Stay away. Do not buy from this store.

Stay away from this business! Same as everyone else… 5 weeks since ordering and still no order delivered & tracking hasn’t moved. When I questioned them they said they’ve had problems with the courier. I asked for a refund as it’s too late and they said no. Will now have to get in touch with the bank to try and get money back, I’m sure the dress I ordered isn’t coming 🙃 I told them I’d seen bad reviews and they said it was ‘their competitors’ giving bad reviews, I can confirm I’m a customer & not a competitor! Wanting her $100 back 🙄

As everyone has commented - scam. They respond to emails but it doesn’t get anything actioned or items received
