This is been our first Year of business and Ember has been so so helpful with everything! Their customer service is exceptional always so kind to help! Definitely recommend!

I'm a new customer just getting used to ember and I'm starting to learn and understand just how forward advanced and progressive it is to use. Staff are onhand to help with queries I have. I'm so glad I have moved over to ember.

Ember is a brilliant team, fab product, and worth every penny. We've been using them for VAT, tax returns and payroll for a 2-7 person company since July 2021. And also recently a £31k R&D claim.

The time the platform has saved us has been invaluable, and whenever we've needed assistance or anything extra they've always responded accurately and promptly. I'm useless with accounting and they've been incredibly patient with my beginner questions!

It's been a pleasure watching them grow, and for every new service they launch, like R&D claiming, it's a relief as we know they're going to do it well and, thanks to the context they already have, super efficiently wrt our time. Wishing them all the best on their journey!

I like Ember, because they provide a straight forward, no nonsense, honest service, and they also provide a communication service via email, which answers all your tax questions. They are polite, friendly and thorough in their dealings and take away the fear of filing a tax return. You know where you are with Ember. Thank you very much.

I must have tried every software option out there. This is by far the most user friendly option i have used. It has everything you need but its done in such a simple way its actually a joy to use. The support is incredible and they respond really fast. I cant recommend enough! Love it!!

It's pretty amazing that you can just IM an accountant and they get back to you with reliable answers. The whole system is pretty great for keeping track of invoices and payments and categorising expenses. Some of the UX is slightly clunky, that's my only complaint.

Please be aware with this falsely advertised service and do not make the mistake of leaving your accountants and coming to this. In their online campaigns and YouTube ads they mentioned there is no need for your accountant and they are promoting their automated software which in essence is supposed to make you accountant-free. This is LIES in their advertising, you will still require an accountant, believe me, I have used them for my ltd company. As you will require an accountant, they have their own staff who will help you at a specified cost. So do not leave your accountants coming here believing that everything is auto and will be done for you via software, you will still need an expert for the nitty gritty things and that expert will be one of theirs; so you're better off staying with your trusted accountant - Ember.co will cost you the same as your regular accountant after seeking their expert's advice or maybe more than what you actually already pay.. and will take up a lot of your valuable time trying to sort everything out, and as we know we are business owners and time is money. I have wasted unnecessary money seeking advice from their online accountants and so much time wasted trying to do bookkeepings myself I have resorted back to my accountant now.

I've been using ember since my company launch and have to say - it's great. Elise, Lucy and the other staff are very helpful and answer any questions quickly. The pricing is brilliant and is perfect for startups.

Amazing R&D tax service from Ember. I spoke to Steve - who is awesome. Despite average times from HMRC to get tax credits back is 40days+ ours came back under that. So hats off to the great submission from Ember!!

I was at a loss when I started a business. I've never been good with numbers, and the idea of trying to figure out accountancy was not something I was particularly enthusiastic about. Ember has been an absolute God-send, and it's helped me make sure I'm getting the most out of being a Director whilst ensuring complete compliance. It's been a great experience so far, and it's sure to only get better from here as the tool expands.
