Always accommodating, knowledgeable and quick to respond. There prices and support package are the cheapest out there. Note the method of communication can take some time to get use to but this is why it is so affordable. Been using for 2 years now for R&D claim, tax return and advise. Massive thank you to Steve for all his effort and time.

What an amazing mouthwatering experience we had at Embers. We joined friends for a birthday celebration, not knowing what to expect. We began with shrimp scampi, which came in a sauce that was so amazing, we kept it on the table for the duration of the meal. From that dish forward we experienced one amazing flavor after another. The Fish was just as delectable as the Filet. Sarah, our server, was impressively knowledgeable of all the dishes simply from her passion for the cultural food. YOU NEED to experience this place. Ask for Sarah, you will not be disappointed! We look forward to many return visits.

Good & slick experience of onboarding with Ember. The software worked for me, I found it much easier than other softwares to categorise expenses, and Steve (the accountant I worked with) pulled out the stops to help me get my return in at late notice.

I finished my first UK tax return.
The software is okay. If only they could display our bank transactions in descending order, with the latest transaction at the top; instead, I am scrolling all the way down, passing year's worth of transaction; this would be a 3-star. But, it is a 5-stat due to its customer service and the accountant, they are super nice.

I adore Ember. I used to run my accounts on a spreadsheet, when I decided to change I tried 4 different software packages (Xero, Quickbooks, Intuit and Ember) laboriously loading all of my data in - Ember was by far the best.

Ember makes my accounting simple and easy to keep track of. I recommend it to everyone I meet who has a business.
