Excellent small business solution
We needed a professional email signature for our small business Architecture and Custom Home Building company. Email Signature Rescue provides a cost effective solution which is easy to manage and works across our desktop and mobile devices. Would recommend to any small business as an excellent email signature solution.

Relatively easy to use and mostly customiseable
Relatively easy to use, mostly customiseable, pricing is comparable to other email signature creators. The only thing they need to change is being able to change the font - for brand consistency, I would prefer to use my own brands fonts

Risposta di Email Signature Rescue
Hi Lloyd,
Thank you for your kind feedback.
As much as we would LOVE to offer custom fonts with our email signatures, it's actually the limitations of many email clients which is preventing us from offering this.
In order to allow custom fonts, a snippet of code needs to be added to the email signature. Not all email clients support this code, so this would only work with some webmail clients that are accessed via the user's web browser.
As we support more than 60 email clients with only a portion of these being webmail clients, we would have many users expecting custom fonts to be supported when they would not be in all cases.
We'll continue to investigate ways to implement this in the future that will work for everyone, but for now I hope this clarifies why we don't support custom fonts :)

Why Rescue Signature
Ive been using rescue signature for almost 10 years. Prior to that I tried many other signature solutions and simply put it is the best value for your money and takes away any possible headaches that you do not have time for, regarding emails. Your business aesthetic is more important to some clients/bosses than others but if I can remove any possibility of that costing me business why wouldn’t I? That’s why Rescue Signature is what I’m sticking with.

Email Signature Rescue was so simple…
Email Signature Rescue was so simple yet had everything I needed. Trying to work within this email app for some and this email app for others was maddening. I ended up using one of their templates, even though I had designed my own that I was going to use. The back end management and creation was intuitive, and robust with options. I was happy to leave the review. More than that, I have been happy to refer ESR to a number of my small business clients.

Love Email Signature Rescue!
We’ve been using Email Signature Rescue in our business for years. It’s easy to create and edit (for when details change) email signatures that look great and are affordable. It’s easy to amend the package for when team members join or leave and the many options for installing the signatures makes it easy for freelancers who use different platforms. It also feels very secure as the emails are sent to the email in the signature. We love it!

Cannot create a ticket
We have signed up and created signatures for our team. I am a Graphic Designer based in the UK and have used your platform for some time now. We created signatures for a company and have installed them correctly on mobile but the signatures are not compressing on mobile well at all and I have been trying to get in touch using your ticket system and kept getting error messages. I have also tried to simply email to ask for help but no success there either
