I had a small issue with sizing but the free exchange made it stress-free. Customer service was friendly quick and made me feel looked after. That alone would make me shop here again.
My anna winter jacket is warm soft inside and looks much more expensive than what I paid during the sale. Really happy with this purchase.
I ordered a jacket as a gift and needed help with sizing before buying. Support replied politely and gave useful guidance which made the decision much easier. The jacket looked great when it arrived and the free shipping was a nice bonus.
I ordered the silvana leather jacket and was pleased with the quality. The fit was flattering without feeling too tight and delivery was quicker than I expected.

The molly trench coat surprised me in the best way. It has a soft suede feel sits nicely on the shoulders and looks elegant without being too formal. Shipping was fast too which made the whole experience even better.

Poor-quality goods and an expensive return process to China that left me out of pocket. I never received a refund. This was a very negative experience for me.
