Gorgeous ring, beautiful topaz and diamonds. Fits perfectly, packaged well and the box is very sweet. Highly recommend, will order from them again. Resize service is useful, although not needed this time. Can return if item doesn’t fit or you change your mind. Klarna makes owning gorgeous pieces accessible for all.

Vintage sapphire ring
Such a stunning ring. A perfect way to celebrate our sapphire anniversary. The packaging was really lovely. It had to be resized but still arrived very quickly. I would recommend ellibelle without hesitation.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
Upon reviewing the details of your order, we can see that you requested for us to ensure that your item was not to be delivered on a Saturday.
On a Friday afternoon, we packaged your item and completed the order at 16:29. Subsequently, our system generated an automated email notifying you that your item was in transit. However, we did not dispatch your order until the next morning, Saturday, at 9:39.
After tracking your order through Royal Mail, we can see that your item was successfully delivered and signed for on Monday at 12:39.
I acknowledge that you contacted us on Friday, soon after the order was fulfilled. Regrettably, when I responded on Saturday, I mistakenly believed it was Friday. I sincerely apologise for the confusion caused. However, upon reviewing the tracking details, it is clear that the order was not delivered on Saturday. Considering this discrepancy, I believe it is unfair for us to receive such a negative review.
