I cannot recommend these highly enough. I purchased my bathroom with them 10 years ago and then my shower started leaking badly. When I rang the lady said they do not use the supplier any more but she traced my order from 10 years ago (!!!), looked up the part number and rang me back with what I need to order and the telephone number of the company. Now that is after sales service. I am sure I will need my bathroom replacing again soon and I will be going back to Elixir

This is the second time I’ve used Elixir. My experience is of a very professional company with excellent professional fitters. I am delighted with my shower room, both design and finish. I would highly recommend them.

We wanted our 25 year old bathroom updated and a shower installed in place of the bath. We got excellent and friendly advice form Phil and his team in the showroom and we loved the design we were shown. The install was done by freindly, experienced and helpful workmen and we are very happy with the quality of the finish.

The Elixir Bathroom Team have just given us the best experience you could ever ask for. It's always a big decision and can be stressful when you decide to give a room a makeover, but this was made so easy by Elixir. From the initial visit to the showroom where the display of styles and colours to choose from is extensive; time to discuss your personal requirement is encouraged and experienced help is always there for guidance. The design part is well structured where you have individual designs drawn and proven implementation of past installations helps to solidify the features. Once agreed, the fitting phase runs well and the you are kept informed at every point. The team are absolutely excellent, their skills exhibited within the work produced. Our finished bathroom is beyond expectation, it looks fantastic.
We would like to thank the team Phil, Joab, Chris, Steve, Darren, Shane and Sam for their diligence.

We had our bathroom fitted in October 2020. It's was a full removal and re-fit. The tradesmen were all very professional and genuine nice chaps, and the quality of the workmanship was top notch. The bathroom looks fantastic. Everything was dealt with for us including arranging the skip. Spot on for project management. No stress. They also came and fixed a few minor snags no problem. Would definitely recommend Elixir Bathrooms.

We had an en suite refitted by Elixir 4 years ago and due to the excellent service on that occasion, we had no qualms about dealing with Elixir again for the main bathroom. Once again Phil took us through all the options in a relaxed and unpressured manner. You are always treated as a valued customer and not forgotten about unlike some businesses. The fitting team were brilliant, very tidy and worked tirelessly. Our original fitting date was scheduled for January 2021, but Phil knew that we were ready to go at any time and so we were able to take advantage of a cancellation. We are really pleased with the completed bathroom and would always recommend that anyone looking to have a bathroom refitted should consider Elixir.

We have used elixir on two occasions and we could not recommend them higher enough. From first visiting the store and meeting Phil, we were listened too, advised and a design was agreed. The instillation was excellent and the work and products was to the highest standard.
If you are looking to change or updated your bathroom or en-suite, do not hesitate but talk to elixir before anyone else.

Last night I had a leaking connection in my toilet cistern, as our bathroom fittings had been bought at Elixier bathrooms, albeit 15 years ago I thought I would ring them. They said l could pop in with the broken item, although they had no stock, they searched through their spares and supplied an alternative item. To cap it all they refused to charge me for the item. That's 5☆ service for an old customer, to say l was delighted is a understatement. I cannot thank them enough.

What an excellent company to deal with we started our journey for a bathroom suite and Elixir came highly recommended by a family member, so we gave them a try and they never let us down everything started for us before the first lockdown in March and Joab our main point of contact helped us every step of the way with excellent service and during this pandemic kept us up to date on all items we bought for our new En-suite when to expect deliveryand never failed us once such an excellent company would highly recommendm

Following an initial visit to Elixir Bathrooms in Lincoln to view their show rooms, we were impressed with the various designs & quality of fittings on display. After further consultation we decided to proceed on the advice given, detailed costing, lead in time & installation schedule. The removal of our old bathroom/toilet & the installation of our new shower & toilet, together with an integrated storage cupboard, was carried out by a great team of very courteous highly skilled craftsmen & completed without a hitch on time. From initial discussions to final design, we felt we were under no pressure & we have been extremely impressed with a great layout in such a small space. We are ‘happy customers’ indeed.

We would highly recommend Elixir bathrooms. The quality of the bathrooms and professionalism of all the team is first class.
Phil designed our family bathroom, three en-suites and cloakroom with attention and detail to our requirements. He has a flare for understanding how to make a bathroom look Grand and inviting. Everyone who visits loves that we have a Whirlpool Bath and TV, superb rainforest and aqua blade showers, and quality wall hung toilets and basins. They stock a huge range of accessories too so you can ensure the same level of quality through to the towel rails and robe hooks. Dan was fantastic with organising the logistics of arranging delivery of 1st & 2nd fix items to our property in Essex at differing times, and also dealing with our last minute order change.

Elixir have just finished a second project for us; this time an en-suite with the first being our main bathroom.
A wide range of bathrooms and bathroom fittings are on display in their showroom and they provide an excellent design service. Elixir specialise in modern bathrooms which is exactly what we wanted.
The quality of their workmanship is first-class. Any problems we had during and after completion were addressed fully. They are not a cheap option but their end product makes up for this. If you want a bright, modern bathroom, then you really won't be disappointed with Elixir.

Excellent service from Elixir. The full installation from the complete redesign which was amazing through to completion was seamless.
You will get a fully project managed job completed to a schedule that they will adhere to.
The high quality of all of the fittings offered along with extensive choices in the showroom is impressive.
All of the tradesmen employed on our job were exemplary and very professional, a pleasure to have on site.

We had an excellent experience purchasing from Elixir Bathrooms. The young man who dealt with us was extremely helpful, informative and polite. The whole purchase went ahead very smoothly and Elixir very kindly held on to our purchases for a short while as the delivery date coincided with our holidays. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

With Elixir Bathrooms, you get personal attention and attention to detail. The showroom experience was greatly aided by Joab who guided us through the possibilities open for us. All of the staff are highly professional and work precisely to a schedule of events arranged well in advance (even the arrival and the removal of the skip was no fuss). Needless to say, this was excellent service and we are extremely happy with the work carried out. We would certainly use Elixir again.

We have now purchased 4 bathrooms from Elixir and always had excellent service and good quality products. We ordered straight after lockdown and went to the showroom on an appointment basis and were comfortable and happy with the level of Covid precautions in place.
