Amazing results! Really happy
Phil cleaned our living room, stairs, landing and bedroom carpets in August for a freshen up. The results are amazing.. the carpets are like new! Really made up with how they look and feel. He responded to my enquiry quickly and came to give us a quote within a couple of days & then completed the work. Brilliant service, reasonably priced and will definitely be using him again. Thankyou Phil!

Glenn, thank you for this very kind review.
Elite Kleen do not limit the time allowed on a clean. We are aware that all cleans are different and can vary in time length, therefore our technician will only leave once the customer and the technician are completely happy with the result.
Thank you for your recommendation.

First class all the way
First class all the way. Two large sofas, an armchair and two large footstools needed to be cleaned. Because of the viscose content Phil tested the fabric and then talked me through the process. I need not have worried; I am delighted with the result and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending EliteKleen services to anyone who seeks a cleaning service which has a professional commitment and is reasonably priced.

Thank you Barbara for this lovely review.
As you have rightly said your sofa fabric was Viscose and this can be a problem material when it comes to cleaning.
As with all cleans our technician talked you through the process, a sample clean was carried out at the survey and the results explained.
Extra care has to be taken when wet cleaning Viscose in order to carefully manage the results.
We are so pleased that you are happy with both the result and the service.
Thank you for your custom

Great service
Phil was punctual & kept us informed the night before about the time he would be arriving the following day.
Phil arrived, inspected our crushed velvet sofa. Initially as there were no care labels Phil was honest & said he may not be able to clean it due to it being Viscose. He was honest about it & even helped to find someone who could dry clean it.
Phil did a test on a test piece under the cushion & there was no issue at all. We gave the go ahead & Phil set about cleaning the 3 seater & 2 seater including cushions. Great job overall, a friendly hardworking guy who we would happily recommend.
Will definitely use again! Very reasonably priced.

Thank you Leonie for this very kind review.
Crushed velvet is a problem material when it comes to wet cleaning, this is due to the Viscose content, and manufacturers recommend Dry cleaning.
On such materials Elite Kleen would always carry out a test in a location that is unseen. As in this instance following a discussion it was deemed that the changes to the material were minimal, so Elite Kleen were able to proceed and obtain good results.
Thank you for your custom and recommendation.

Had our sofas cleaned a few months ago and still looking really well.
Good price and great care taken while cleaning my sofas. I had a bad stain in one corner due to a felt tip the kids had left without the lid on and got 99% of the stain out. He would not leave till he was happy and went above and beyond what he needed to.
Brill service 👍🏻
