I recently ordered a Dunavox twin zone wine cooler from Elite Wine Fridges. When I placed the order the Dunavox model that I required was out of stock but due to be back in stock shortly. Elite kept me fully appraised of the situation and quickly notified me to establish a convenient delivery time and date. Their couriers were super efficient, phoning prior to their arrival to ensure that all was on track. They brought the unit in up my external steps and brought it to within a couple of feet of where it was to be installed. They checked within the packaging to establish that there had not been any in-transit damage to the appliance. It is now installed and operational - we are delighted with it and Elite’s excellent customer service and support. Highly recommended!

Choice of delivery dates offered. Good communication, especially on narrowing down delivery time. Nice looking product, unboxed and put in place and product advice given. However the wine fridge spec states the fridge should hold 50 bottles but the maximum I can put in it is 40.

We were gifted the most execptional wine cooler from a friend, and the service we have recieved from Elite Wine Refridgeration and in particular Cherry Yung the General Manager is unbelievable. She is always available and alwasy resolves every issue (not that there were any, the fridge is still great just guilty on sometimes not knowing how to use it) product fantastic, service fantastic... but a few blonde moments. Reviews are important especially when a company goes above and beyond and this company does just that. Thanks again
