Excellent service
Excellent service, friendly, efficient and prompt service from start to finish. Boiler was fitted with minimal disturbance and mess. Also it was refreshing to always correspond with the same person.

Had old cavity wall insulation removed and replaced with more efficient insulation.
Electricians then fitted extractor fans in utility room and bathroom, all the work was done neatly by both the insulation team and the electrician's.
Would recommend Elite Energy

Great service although a few niggly…
Great service although a few niggly things don't know who it was but they left a big plastic tub in my yard with plaster or whatever it was the rain got into it and it was so heavy I asked my grandson to lift it it took 3 of us to empty it and put it in my bin also left a big pop bottle of juice on my wall my bins and around it were covered in plaster otherwise they were all polite and professional

Professionalism, good communication, and determination to get things right
Elite Energy installed and commissioned my air source heat pump and associated hot water cylinder. Overall, I’m satisfied with the outcome and would recommend them, particularly for their communication and persistence.
From the outset, their office communication was excellent—clear, responsive, and easy to deal with. The installation itself proved more complex than expected due to my underfloor heating system, which they were less familiar with initially. However, to their credit, they made multiple return visits, stayed engaged with the problem, and ultimately got everything working properly. I appreciated their willingness to see the job through rather than walk away once difficulties arose.
The reason for not awarding five stars relates to the standard of finish and cleanliness of some of the trades involved. While nothing was disastrous, the attention to detail could have been better and did detract from the overall experience.
That said, the system is now working well, and Elite Energy showed professionalism, good communication, and determination to get things right. With a bit more care around finishing and site tidiness, they would easily be a five-star company.

Had a really great experience with this company, the 2 guys that fitted the boiler went above and beyond, they were very efficient and knowledgeable and did a lot of work I didn’t even expect, would definitely recommend the company Elite Energy

Applied for grant at the end of sept…
Applied for grant at the end of sept 25,was told i was accepted for new boiler, solar panels, internal wall insulation, i had to constantly chase them up, ive had no hot water or heating since sept, they have completely messed the application up, im now being told the funding has changed so can only get internal wall insulation, so i still dont have heating or hot water, and as im writing this im waiting for a member of Elite to come and measure up, no sign!

Following a full review, we found that the delays were primarily due to prolonged response times from the Local Authority, despite our team making daily efforts to progress and expedite the application. Unfortunately, when a response was finally received, the scheme rules had changed, which resulted in a change to the measures available under the funding.

Highly recommend this company
What a wonderful experience we had with Elite Energy. From the moment I spoke to Tony, then, to Craig who fitted my inverter was a pleasure.
Tony was extremely informative, knowledgeable and very helpful. Craig was very quick and professional when installing the equipment, and took his time to explain how the app worked.
Overall, we were very pleased with the work Elite Energy has down and would highly recommend this company.

I had a very bad experience with Elite
I had a very bad experience with Elite. I was supposed to be installed a boiler by them. They initially installed the boiler but the plumber said we need an electrician to finish the work. An electrician came but still he couldn’t finish it. After 2 weeks without heating an electrician came and the heating was working but still not the hot water. I have called them few times and still awaiting an engineer. The previous plumber has caused a leaking near the radiator which has ruined the floor in the kitchen and left us without hot water. This is very stressful. Such a bad service.

I would highly recommend Elite - fantastic, credible company with highly qualified engineers and great customer service!
Elite completed our internal wall insulation, solar panels and battery storage. The installation was to the highest standard. Their engineers were friendly, helpful, neat and tidy.
I can see a reduction in my energy consumption reflected in my bills which is fantastic, especially at this time of the year (December).
Great company - I would highly recommend to all.

I have recently had ASHP and Solar installed at our house, used the BUS £7500 top up for the ASHP.
The install was nice and easy from start to finish, always informed by the office and the engineers were very helpful and polite. I will recommend Elite Energy to others 100%
