A survey was booked with you weeks ago and yesterday ( after I’d arranged to be in today ) you called me to cancel and the excuse was “ we don’t cover the north Lincs area” bit unprofessional as you must have known weeks ago and I could have gone with a more professional company…. Maybe a lucky escape??
Regarding your reply.. I am not confusing you with another company .. Elite Energy Progress House, Fudan Way Stockton-on-Tees, and No I definitely do not want to contact you .. and I actually came through your website ( via your email to me) to leave this review on trust pilot .

Very good quote, fast and hassle free fitting.
The process from start to finish was fantastic, I can’t thank them enough.
Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

We are getting on now and need as much help as possible. The lads were great, we just let them get on with it. After they finished they talked us through how to set the clock and other things. Nothing was a problem.

My reply
I rang customer service today. My mother is at home receiving palliative care. The last 2 days the boiler has stopped working. So I rang customer and explained this to them. There response was most upsetting.
They told me that the earliest time they can boot an engineer visit will be the end of February. Even after explaining that my mum is dying at home and needs the heating on. I was still informed that they can’t change engineer schedules and that I will have to wait until the end of February beget can send an engineer to look at the heating even though my mum is dying and getting palliative care.
Looks to me as if they don’t care about there customers.

We completely understand how important reliable heating is, especially in such difficult circumstances, and we want to be clear that we do care deeply about the wellbeing of everyone in our customers’ homes.
After receiving your feedback, we reviewed the original call and we do acknowledge that there were areas where our communication could have been better, and we are taking this on board to improve how we handle sensitive situations like this in future.
As discussed, while our engineers were fully booked, we acted quickly by arranging for the system manufacturer to attend as a priority and also offered a visit from an Elite engineer. The manufacturer’s engineer was preferred, and that visit has been arranged for today. Once the fault has been identified, we will ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible.
We’re truly sorry for the distress this situation has caused and wish you and your family strength during what is clearly a very challenging time.

Really bad company , dodgy work and dont follow regulations
Really bad company , stay away from it , they are very dodgy and they don't follow regulations , they came in to do my loft and broke my ladder and some boards on the loft , they made a big mess . i asked them to fix the broken items and they haven't gotten back to me . also the way they did the loft and the material used is not up to standard that was promised . they barely get back very unprofessional

Dodgy company
Be carefull with this company it’s full of 💩mess your house up use dodgy tradesmen never again left us in cold no heating or lights over Christmas left my house damaged it’s not professional at all I’m waiting for them to sort it out before I go to papers watch dog off gem tick tock face book to expose them
