Isabella Ratcliffe from Elite Chambers is a credit to the company, she has kept me updated in a professional and courteous manner throughout my claim for miss sold Pension. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and was recently awarded compensation that exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant about contacting this firm after receiving mail from them. My telephone experience with Jamie Baker however, was reassuring, professional and non-pressured. I received all the information I required regarding the process and costs of pursuing a claim in an open and transparent manner.
